1 carboxy?

I take this at night with melatonin and know that carb spike messes up carboxy but don't know if I'm messin it up. I take this and then 30 min later I take my protien shake that has 6 grams carbs and I take 1 1/2 to 2 servings with water. So is this okay. I think my shake has no sugar in it. It says 2 grams dietary fiber and then 6 grams total carbs.

6 grams of carbs is not gonna mess with 1 carboxy imo.
