Where can i find "Shooting" paper?
Ok so I have recently bought a lot of bulk powders and mixing them in with drinks and food still isnt allowing me to get in my total daily servings.

I have heard about shooting (putting the powder in a type of paper and somehow swallowing it?), can someone tell me what to wrap it in, how is it done?

I've often used tissue paper (Kleenex), or paper towels ripped into tiny squares. Also you can buy Wonton wrappers at the Chinese markets for cheap too.

you can use toilet paper. get a corner and slowly tear off the little upper ply portion so it's really thin. put powder in middle, and wrap it like it's a little bag. works great

I always just throw the bulk powders directly on my tongue and down them with some water, tastes like garbage, but I"m not swallowing paper.

There is not one powder I wouldn't put directly on my tongue and down with water. These powders are limited to edible and fit for human consumption. Yea, so no gunpowder, anthrax, sevendust, etc....
