Weight gainers really are a waste of your money, especially if you take the recommended serving, nobody needs 1000 calories in one meal. Take aspnutritions advice and just make your own, it will be better quality and cost less money. You will also be able to control the macros (protein, carbs, fat) that each shake contains based on your goals and what time you drink it.

2 scoops whey : 40-50 grams protein, rich in bcaa's
1 cup ground oats : complex carbs, fiber
2 tbsp natty pb : healthy fats, protein, fiber
2 cups skim milk : extra calories, slow digesting protein
shake and grow! or blend and grow!

how do you all grind your oats? i've found when i use oats and throw them in the blender whole they just sink to the bottom. any tips? sorry, not trying to hijack

I wouldnt use a blender if you are going to be adding milk. A blender will emulsify the fat in milk and make it hard to digest. Mix the milk in after with a fork.

haha! i think i found out why by looking on the back of Peanut butter jar, i f*ckin hate peanut butter so i have no clue about its nutritionals, but i think its for fat and sugar....
edit: i meant to say sugar SORRY!!

i read off the jiffy peanut butter jar:
total fat: 16g.
cholest: 0 g.
sodium 150 mg.
total carb: 7 g.
SUGARS 3 g.
protein: 7 g.
its not natural, give me a brake as i said above Peanut butter taste like **** any way, they added sugar to it, along with the salt, i needed to read the main ingredients.......besides i had no clue there was natural peanut butter....
