I'm currently taking 6g of CLA a day, and was thinking about doing a 50 day X-Factor run. I know Sesamin is a no-no, and fish oil is okay but at low dose 2-3g a day... but what about CLA?
Is it okay at the dose I'm taking or should I go lower, or should I not take it at all ?
