Transdermal Methylcobalamin, i.e. Vitamin b12 to Regenerate Nerves

Do you think sublingual methylcobalamin, i.e. vitamin b12, will get into the bloodstream and have a local effect, if I apply it to my skin with DMSO?

I want to see if it will regenerate nerves, although I don't know if that is my problem or not.
