Ok im stacking Anabolic pump and Neovar recomped...along wit bulk bcaa and kwick Karb/wms.
How do i dose all of this with 6 meals, i work nites so i dont have the normal wake up at 6am and have breakfast schedule. I get home at 8am, go to bed a hour later...wake up at 2pm leave home at 4:30. I prepare heavy meals for work wit a break at 8pm and 10:30pm.
Im thinking about working out at 7am after work or 3pm before work, but i have a problem dosing AP waiting then eat then wait for that to digest...neovar...wait, then take carbs
any suggestions???
