Animal Pak for Women?

Is the Animal Pak a good vitamin stack for women to take? My girlfriend trains and eats the same as me (just less weight/food)...she follows a cyclical ketogenic diet, and lifts heavy....would the Animal Pak be good for her?

I will say yes, after all it is just a multi vitamin.

My girlfriend uses Opti-Women and loves it. She does crazy cycling classes everyday, and always has the energy she needs to do them since shes been taking it.

Animal Pak is definatley a good one too though.

A few women in our FORVM use Animal Pak. I'm guessin' they're pretty serious lifters though. Universal does make a comparable counterpart for women athletes called Women's Fitness Pak. Take a look at the nutritional specs.
