    Waximaize question!


    I just bought a tub today and I was wondering what is the best way to get the full benifits from this product?

    Today I mixed a scoop with my superpump pre-workout, and then mixed it with my creatine post-workout, followed by 25g of whey about 30min later.

    I go some sick pumps from it, and it made my muscles feel really full and stay pumped for a while! So far good stuff.

    I take 1 scoop pre with BCAA's and White Flood. I take 1 scoop Post with more BCAA's and then my protein afterwards.

    It's beneficial to take both pre and post, but I find it better when taken post

    how much is a "scoop"? like in weight(grams) or size (tsp's)

    i just got a 3.3lb tub and i just threw in 2 tsp's in my pre workout shake

    a scoop is 40grams, thats one serving.

    I only used one scoop of superpump today w/waximaize instead of my usual 2 scoops, and it seemed like the waximaize made it work better, almost just as good as two scoops.

    If im taking it with something in particular, lets say a creatine like Neovar, I will use 60G WMS with it. Drink it and then use Intrabolic during my workout. This provides awesome pumps. Vascularity as well as an extremely dense feeling. WMS has the power to do this and i love it! Also take in about 25-50 G protein as well as 60 G WMS post workout will aid in recovery along with the aminos and minerals you took in during workout. hope this helps

    I am not big on Pre WO carbs, if you must I recommend you slowly sip abour 40 grams an hour prior to working out. But, SLAM the carbs post workout, as soon as you can... ideally before you even leave the gym. Shoot for 50-100 grams, depending on your macros and diet restrictions.

    I believe a 70cc(common size with protein powder) scoop will hold ~38g of wms. So if you have a tub of protein, check the scoop(the volume is usually labeled), you may be able to use that to measure it. If its not 70cc, you can use some simple math to figure it out.
