I have tried both. I actually was kind of dissapointed by. The pumps aren't that great. Creatine mono is seriously good for pump with a lot of water. Also Activate Extreme is awesom:bb3: sulphate, cheap and good. Also superpump 250 is the best no product
But sell your glycergrow.
Let me know though if you have different experiences with glycergrow if u already bought it.

We recommend you take 2-6 scoops pre workout, most guys take 3. The product NEEDS to be taken with alot of water, which most of us drink anyways.
The main thing people notice on it is the pump, but its a cell volumizer, increases creatine uptake, and also shifts natural prostanglandin ratio to anabolic ... think AA on a smaller scale. You can also see a definite vascularity on it.
I recommend you take this product with a creatine to see best results. I've never done intra workout, pre workout + lots of water is the best. But it's not neccesary. Like the poster above, I try to stay away from test boosters, as they bloat me up unless I'm on an AI (whole nother post)
Activate would be a good product to stack this with, GG+Creatine+Activate or some other test booster. Your bound to see big gains, especially when bulking.

GG is great. I think the reason people don't use it intra as much is due to the horrible mixing. I have before and its kinda annoying but it allows me to stay hydrated longer than just taking it pre.

IVe used it before and during and it definately pumped me up bigtime, you just have to drink a lot of water with it. GG is definately a good product, i just cant stomach things during my workout usualy so i shy away from such products.

I LOVE GG....it might be one of my fave prodcuts...I think it is seriously underrated. Agreed it is kinda odd going down and to me it tastes kinda salty, but it is a wonderful supplement if you drink enough water.
I stack it with White Flood pre & intra. Drink half a shaker bottle on the way to the gym, fill the bottle all the way up with water again and consume the rest intra. Good stuff.

It doesn't taste too bad imo, just a little salty. I enjoyed GG - If I can remember correctly I had the best results throwing down 2 scoops pre and mixing 1 scoop into my intra drink. Def. felt volumizing effects and noticable strength increase. I plan on using again as it is very cost effective, as most CL products are ime.

currently using it. It provides nice tight skin during workouts of the particular body part. I seem to not sweat as much when taking it as well

I'm taking it now and get nice pumps from it. I "mix" it will a little water and just down more water after i get it down since it doesn't mix well. Definitely a weird taste and texture at first.

I was going to try it but then I saw a thread on bb.com where PA questioned the rationale of taking it for bb purposes, basically he said that taking water from the muscles and putting it on the bloodstream was not good to bodybuilders, I cant link it but the thread is on bb.com.
I didn't saw no one denying is statements with valid points but there a lot of good feedback on the product so I`m still wondering who's right...

using 1 to 2 scoops intra workout provides some of the nuttiest pumps I ever get. Even with this reduced dosing I tend to gain roughly ten pounds of water weight which is muscle fullness within the first month. Ive used glycergrow for two tubs over a few years with breaks in between, and have used bulk gms and taurine with similar results.
gms does raise my blood pressure though as I hold more water, which is why I dont use it year round.
IMO glycergrow is better than just about every reatine Ive tried (perhaps I just dont respond well to most creatines besides a select few like NOS ETHER and clout)
