I've been doing the 7-Cort for the past 2 weeks and really like it's leaning effects. I stumbled across a bottle of unopened NOW 100mg 7-Keto. I just got done with thyrotabs a few days ago and I know 7-Keto has poor bio-availability but it does help with thyroid functions.
I was thinking of doing 200mg Orally with 500mg Kelp/400mcg Selenium/2-3gr Tyrosine to help restore thyroid (I know its not suppose to be suppressive but rather be safe than sorry).
You think this is overkill or maybe I'll just see some sick recomping/fatloss?
