OK, after working out i usually get home at 6pm and down a scoop of protein powder w 1/2 water and 1/2 skim milk and dinner and then at 9 or 10 have a 1/2 cup of fate free cottage cheese..anything im missing , doing wrong, or anyone else could recommend...
 
what about dinner?
 
def get some carbs in after words along with vitamin/minerals and something with low sodium to help with electrolyte levels.
