Cardio is the easiest part of my regime so I don't really care... Well there is one thing it's boring but I found the answer .... it's porn

hahaha well if you could give urself a major cardio boost u can lengthen ur workouts waaaay more than before and train like you've never done before without the misery of being tired so quickly.
I'm an ex smoker so my stamina isnt as good as it used to be but its gotten alot better over the course i've trained. so this is appealing

The title is still misleading because they say it doesn't do anything unless you actually exercise. So you're not going to get anything from it without exercising.
