At that % extract 1-2 caps in the morning on an empty stomach. You'll probably have to experiment to find your sweet spot depending on your needs. Lower doses of RR are energizing, while higher doses are sedating...but that will depend on your sensitivity.

You're not gonna get the results you desire as rhodiola has no effect on belly fat, but use 2 caps daily, either together or split

Rhodiola WILL NOT appreciably lower cortisol. Then again, ergobolic should also have had minimal effect since its adaptogen-based (optimizes levels rather than lowering them, per se)

I liked the c20 versa1 stack. Actually going to run it again. Not to do a shameless plug but have you looked at metabolic powder? Adding that in with increased calories can be your savior with adding pure lean mass and little adipose.

I looked at the metabolic powder as I love rk, however, I'm not sure garcinia treats my stomach well... Handful of times I've used and get lots of distention and discomfort

Although I am not experiencing weight loss, nor not really weight gain.. Just horrible recomposition of fat gain and loss roller coaster for no Identifiable reason whatsoever.
Whatever my issue, I'm
Willing to bet lots of $$ it's cortisol related since my thyroid numbers come back normal. Whether it is too low or too high cortisol is now the question.

I over trained for soo long, and under ate. I think my ability to recover is just so bad after all the abuse I put my body through. It seems that the harder I train, the worse off I get. I'm not gonna medicate for anything else, was just curious about adding the rhodiola in as a band aid til I can get the proper tests done.

The answer is right in front of you. You are low carbing and low fatting. You have quite literally no good substrates for energy production. You have to learn from past mistakes man. You need to pretty much double your caloric intake, but doing so immediately may result in some rebound weight gain. Thus, focus on adding 50-100 calories a week (as pure carbs or carbs + fat) for a few months

But as Coop said, you need to slowly work up your calories and let your metabolism acclimate itself, or else you will have some unwanted adipose accumulation.. Going from bulking to dieting is the opposite.. Cut cals immediately and take advantage of the revved up metabo..

And btw ched, I'm willing to bet your cortisol IS through the roof. This is because you have inadequate fat/carb intake, so your body must convert skeletal muscle protein to glucose via gluconeogenesis.
DO NOT attempt to reduce cortisol. This excess cortisol release is pretty much the only thing keeping you alive with that kind of radical diet. Without cortisol, you'd risk progressive neural decline
