| Registered User | The log no one read!! ap/igf-2/neovar/rpn So I have decided after reading force of nature's recent log to do a log of my own. Reading his log really inspired me to lose some weight and I feel if I log it, even if no one reads it, it will hold me accountable. I would not say that I have let myself go, I just have a hard time loosing the fat and staying motivated. It sooo easy to bulk haha. Here's a little bit about myself: I am 6 feet tall and currently about 230lbs and I would assume I am at 14% body fat. I have been lifting seriously for about four years and have run three cycles in my time. I have run a four week cycle of epi, a four week phera cycle, and the last one I ran was a phera/mdrol bridge cycle. I have just started DC training and love it (I wll post my routine in the next post). I am not sure how cutting and doing DC will mix, but we shall find out. I will be taking Anabolic Pump, IGF-2, neovar recomped and on workout days RPN. I have tried RPN before and loved it. I plan on taking AP three times a day, 8 caps of IGF-2, 6caps of Neovar and 4 RPN preworkout. I am going to stick to a diet to the best of my ability. I have not yet decided on breakdown yet, but I will post it once I have gotten everything together. Most of my carbs will be taken in pre and post workout. I am really excited to run this cycle and will be as detailed as I can be. Any imput or help will be greatly appreciated. Even though I have not really posted awhole lot on the boards I have been an avid reader. I would like to that FOG for his detailed thread!! It got me so pumped up to do something for myself. I will post pics soon too. They will be crappy considered I dont have a digital camera and no one to takem. Theyll be the old cell phone in the mirror thing. |

| Registered User | Here is a sample of my routine and other supps I will be taking during this cycle: Supps; Fish Oil, Whey, and Nutraplanet mass pump stack. I think I may even throw in some lipotrophin by AN as well. We shall see how my money situation is. DC TRAINING ROUTINE: Upper Body work out one hammer strength bench close grip pull down tricep pull down hammer strength shoulder press rack deads Lower Body work out one Sitting calf raises Rev Hams Squat Rev Curl V-Bar curl Upper Body work out two bench skullcrushers standing military barbell press weighted pull ups Bent over barbell rows Lower Body work out two Calf raises Leg press Rev Curl Barbell Curl abs Upper Body work out three Incline Smythe Tricep raises Smythe military press Lat pull downs dead lift Lower Body work out three Calf raises Rev ham curl hack squat rev curl db bicep curl I am supper excited to start this tomorrow!! My first workout will be tomorrow and I will post that along with pictures. Let the good times roll |

You have a great regiment for weight loss on hand. Question though, do you mean RPM by Appnut when you state RPN? Good luck man im here if you have any questions. Drive is a great product for leaning out as well if you are trying to loose fat. Got a lot of respect for ya Texas..reading all your logs!...and yes I did mean RPM....I hoping that it will give me that extra burst of energy doing DC style on a cut..and Ill have to check out your log craig..i see it now, and dont know how I missed it ealier.... Texas let me ask you a question? I took my first Anabolic Pump pill this morning...my carb sources were to pieces of organic wheat toast? Is that enough...im reallly trying not to over do it carbwise...but know that AP works best with a lot of carbs.. My first workout is today after work..i will post my thoughts and results and meals. |

| Registered User | I was going to use my neovar with my pre and post workout meals....is that a good idea. A staple of my prework out meal, is my homemade protein bars, which offer a lot of carbs..and then my post work out meal consists of waxy maize or a sweet potatoe. Which offers I believe enought carbs with the Neovar.......how much do you try to get with your neovar?? |

| Registered User | First workout today! My feelings are a little skewed, b/c I woke up with an upset stomache and that didn't change all through out the day. Kinda bummed about that. I woke up weighing in at 227. I dosed 1 Ap with my first meal. Then 3 neovar and 3 IGF-2 with my second meal. Then 4Rpm for preworkout and 3 IGF-2. I then had 3 Neovar post work out with 2 AP and before bed had 3 IGF-2. Meals looked like this: Meal One: 2 Pieces whole wheat toast 2 scoop whey shake Meal Two: Homemade Protein Bar(runs about 50g P and 45g carbs Meal Three: Preworkout 40g Maxy Waize 2 scoop whey shake Meal Four Postworkout: 2 Scoop whey with 40g maxy waize 2 rice cakes Meal 5: Mixed Veggies 2 cups shrimp As Far as my workout was concerned: I was right on Point with my DC style. I did have this weird feeling in my stomach the whole time. I did feel the effects off Rpm which I love. I ran my warm up mile the fastest I ever have. I dont think I have anything else to report just yet. It was the first day. And the only time I have had RPM was during a Phera Cycle...so I am looking forward to hopefully feeling the same effects with out a PH being involved. My Workout was as followed. Bench: 225lbs 8x4x2 Weighted Pull Ups 45lbs 8x4x2 Overhead Tricep Raise w/Dumbbell 110lbs 2 setsx10 Standing Military Press w/barbell 145lbs 8x4x2 Bent over Barbell Row 225lbs 2 setsx7 I will say I think the IGF-2 help with sleep, because I slept sooooo deep last night. I was in such a weird state this morning. |

| Registered User | This was day two of this cycle...and a little irritated, b/c work def got in the way of my dosing. I also haven't been able to cook anything b/c a storm came through and I have been without power for two days and had to throw everything out of the fridge. With that said....I did wake up weighing in at the lowest I have in a long time. Yesteray postworkout I weighed 228 This morning I weighted in at 222.5lbs!! Meals Meal One: 2 pieces of toast with scoops whey Meal Two: Homemade Protein Bar Meal Three: 2 cans Tuna Preworkout Meal 2 scoops whey/40g WM Postworkout same as above with 2 rice cakes Workout Sitting Calf Raises on Leg Press: 190x28 Leg Press 10 plates and 2 25lbsx7 drop to four platesx12 Barbell Curl 125x8x4x3 Rev V-Bar Curl 90 10x4x3 I did not run today b/c I forgot my shoes and my dosing was off for my RPM b/c of a surprise focus group meeting I had to attend. I will say that either the Neovar or Anabolic Pump makes me feel pumped when I hit that sweet spot of carbs. It feels awesome. I do ususally have to use the bathroom very soon after I take AP, but its all good. IGF-2 has made sleep very deep for me the past two nights. Its almost to the point where I am very out of it when I do wake up. I feel that at the end of my first couple of weeks I will look and feel great. Something is making me feel very with it at work and in a great mood. I am guessing its the IGF-2 Today is an off day. And when my computer comes up I will post pics |

AP will definitely work to your benefit on a cut/recomp. find your sweet spot and youll never wanna go without it man, unless you dont have money then you cant use it. but i consider myself pretty carb sensitive. you just need to play with your carb amounts, sources, and how long after you take AP to eat. that manual is pretty good tho. as for the log, im in for sure. ive been quite interested in DC style training since i came across it a few months ago. will be interesting to see it on a cut style diet. and youre gonna love drive/rpm dood. its one helluva stack. good luck man.
