So I have decided after reading force of nature's recent log to do a log of my own. Reading his log really inspired me to lose some weight and I feel if I log it, even if no one reads it, it will hold me accountable. I would not say that I have let myself go, I just have a hard time loosing the fat and staying motivated. It sooo easy to bulk haha.
Here's a little bit about myself: I am 6 feet tall and currently about 230lbs and I would assume I am at 14% body fat. I have been lifting seriously for about four years and have run three cycles in my time. I have run a four week cycle of epi, a four week phera cycle, and the last one I ran was a phera/mdrol bridge cycle. I have just started DC training and love it (I wll post my routine in the next post). I am not sure how cutting and doing DC will mix, but we shall find out.
I will be taking Anabolic Pump, IGF-2, neovar recomped and on workout days RPN. I have tried RPN before and loved it. I plan on taking AP three times a day, 8 caps of IGF-2, 6caps of Neovar and 4 RPN preworkout.
I am going to stick to a diet to the best of my ability. I have not yet decided on breakdown yet, but I will post it once I have gotten everything together. Most of my carbs will be taken in pre and post workout.
I am really excited to run this cycle and will be as detailed as I can be. Any imput or help will be greatly appreciated. Even though I have not really posted awhole lot on the boards I have been an avid reader. I would like to that FOG for his detailed thread!! It got me so pumped up to do something for myself.
I will post pics soon too. They will be crappy considered I dont have a digital camera and no one to takem. Theyll be the old cell phone in the mirror thing.
