Well, the time has come (winter here) to do a nice bulk.
Bulk as much as possible while keeping body fat below 10%
Really focus on quad, hamstring and calve development.
Also try and build thicker abs.

How I intend to achieve these goals:
High protein, medium carb, low-medium fat intake.
Will use mainly low GI CHO's, but I'm not afraid to eat dirty.
Rep ranges will be on the low side, 6-10, going as heavy as possible.
Good supplements to back my training an diet up.
How the supplements will be taken:
First week will be:
AN IGF2 (old formula)
Second week till Fifth week:
AN IGF2 (New formula!!)
