    Welcome one, welcome all to Urban Monk's review of the GHSR stack. I'd like to begin by thanking CTDeuce and Matt for choosing me to be a tester for these products. I've been thorughly impressed by Millennium product's int he past, and was always particularly interested in these two products.

    I believe I was chosen because of my experience with both prescription and over the counter sleep medications. I recently completed a review of Scivation Knockout and will be comparing all of my sleep product experiences to this stack of products.

    This log should be a veritable wealth of information from someone who frankly has great difficuly in achieving restful sleep.
    I will also be doing some interesting modifcations along the journey based on some recommendations from Matt, so stay tuned for those.

    The format of this log will be semi-different as I will be quoting in my workouts and supplementation schedule in GREAT detail and then adding in my GHSR comments at the end. I hope everyone enjoys this format and if there are any improvements that can be made, please feel free to share. I am here to answer any comments/questions and will do my best to run a mentally fulfilling log for MST.

    To summarize for purposes of this log, I am running a Velocity Diet (Modified PMSF) for the duration of this log. I have had experience with running this diet before, but my Achilles's heel has always been late-night cravings and inability to sleep.

    I'm very interested in this stack particularly in relation to those symptoms. If I can engage in restful sleep, I should be able to survive on the diet and lose a good amount of weight.

    My workout style is weight based workouts 5 times a week and cardio mostly everyday. Specifics to follow in individual posts.

    METHODOLOGY

    I took Somnidren-GH and ZMK approximately 90 minutes after my last meal. I took the dose sublingually and chewed the ZMK.

    SLEEP INDUCTION

    After taking the dose, I began to experience a relaxed feeling after a show period of pins/needles. This was to be expected from reading past Somnidren logs and it passed relatively quickly. I enjoyed the relaxed feeling I felt about 20-30 minutes after my dosing. I put my head down to rest and I don't even remember falling asleep. The last feeling I can recall is one of relaxation, and then boom!...lights out.

    QUALITY OF SLEEP

    I only had about 5 hours to sleep last night before I woke up this morning. Usually half of this is spent dreaming along with tossing and turning. When I awoke this morning, I was still a bit tired (probably from short duration of sleep). However, I didn't feel as worn out as I usually do. I also couldn't recall ny dreams, so that was a nice change of pace. Also of note, no GH belly yet. (Sarcasm)

    TASTE


    I wanted to make a comment about the products taste/texture.

    ZMK - I did not enjoy this at all. I tried chewing it and just couldn't get myself to swallow it without gagging a bit. It'd be easier to just swallow the whole tablet IMO. Is there any benefit to chewing/predigesting this?

    Somnidren-GH - I expected some terrible artificial Citrus flavor, but it was VERY SURPRISED at the taste of this. This actually had a very good taste in my opinion and I thought it masked the ingredients very well. The orange and grapefruit natural crystals used to flavor this ingredient gave it a very authentic citrus profile. Again, I can't believe I actually liked this. Millennium did a great job with the flavoring system here.

    OVERALL

    Decent energy upon waking this morning. Only the first night of use, so not much to tell except my anecdotal feedback above.

    I personally take my zmk whole with water. I don't enjoy the taste of chewing them up either...so I don't, haha. I do take the Somnidren sublingually though.

    Last night's dose seemed to hit me a little harder. I was already tired from not having slept much the night before and having a busy day, so I guess this was to be expected.

    QUALITY OF SLEEP

    Decent sleep tonight. Had to wake up early again, so was kind of groggy in the morning. Feel 75% recovered.

    OVERALL

    I want to comment on how good the Somnidren-GH tastes again. I really enjoy it. Make sure to brush your teeth after taking however; otherwise you'll wake up w/ a disgusting taste in your mouth in the morning.

    It was good to have some longer sleep tonight. I really needed it after the last few days.

    It is very well thought out. I didnt dream much for years pretty much, I only dream when I am on one other product I wont throw out here and Somnidren GH. That makes it a top of the line for me Man you are pounding down alot of shakes my friend lol.

    Is it sad to miss a supplement? I'm counting down till I can use Somnidren again on Monday night!

    Also, I got a note from Matt Masuda today, detailing some of the finer aspects of how/why Somnidren-GH was formulated. In broad strokes, I basically want to say WOW! This puppy was really well thought out and Millennium definitely has a product to be proud of here.

    SLEEP INDUCTION

    Last night of being off Somnidren-GH. I wonder if my sleep induction is improved by having a greater waiting period between my last meal and my ZMK/Somnidren dose. Does anyone know if it makes it easier to sleep on a lighter stomach than on a very heavily filled one?

    QUALITY OF SLEEP

    Got 7 hours of sleep last night. Woke up twice however. I think its because of all the excess water I've been drinking. It is not fun to run to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

    OVERALL

    I'm looking forward to starting up Somnidren-GH again tomorrow. I've kind of missed the taste. I also really don't like taking the ZMK (no matter how good they are for me). I can't get the idea of how they taste out of my mind after chewing them the first night.

    I personally always sleep better when my stomach is empty or close to it. Any time in the past that i've had to sleep after taking in food, it was just a bad scene altogether.

    I agree. I can't sleep well when there is food in my gut. Something just isn't rejuvenating about my slumber that way.

    The emptier your stomach the better S-GH and ZMK will work.

    Feel asleep like a light tonight. Glad to have the Somnidren-GH back to assist here. I can definitely notice a difference.

    Got 5 hours of heavy sleep last night. The alarm was an annoyance, but its what the week days are for I guess.

    OVERALL

    Happy to be back on the Somnidren tonight. Really felt like I got decent sleep despite my lack of total sleep time.

    Ha, i just msged Ctdeuce about this, this morning.
    The comcast guy totally worked me over and still hasn't gotten the damn cable connection working.

    I'm typing out shallow replies like this over my iPhone. They've promised to resolve these issues by monday, so hopefully I can add the updates monday evening.

    Internet woes may be over. Comcast guy bailed again, but after 6 hours of fooling around, I've turned my iphone into a wireless router! I'm cruising on the 3g network from my computer, via tethering my iPhone!

    The dreaded followup. So, people are probably wondering where this tester thread went. I finally have an answer for all.

    After speaking to Matt, I have his blessing to cease the thread. Simply put, the timing was not right to be taking this particular product. I have been dealing w/ a particular medical condition that has amongst other things, left me with pretty powerful insomnia.

    Considering the point of this stack was to help with sleep, etc; the main purpose was obviously obfuscated w/ my condition. I contacted Matt, and attempted to work through the situation. At the end, i just offered to pay for the products, but Matt refused to accept my money which just shows the type of guy he is.

    If there is any company/ownership to trust, it would definitely be Millennium Sports and Matt Masuda. I'd like to extend my gratitude to him for his help, and my apologies to the community for not completing this log. The products were definitely top-notch, and I look forward to using their products in the future.
