Welcome one, welcome all to Urban Monk's review of the GHSR stack. I'd like to begin by thanking CTDeuce and Matt for choosing me to be a tester for these products. I've been thorughly impressed by Millennium product's int he past, and was always particularly interested in these two products.
I believe I was chosen because of my experience with both prescription and over the counter sleep medications. I recently completed a review of Scivation Knockout and will be comparing all of my sleep product experiences to this stack of products.
This log should be a veritable wealth of information from someone who frankly has great difficuly in achieving restful sleep.
I will also be doing some interesting modifcations along the journey based on some recommendations from Matt, so stay tuned for those.
The format of this log will be semi-different as I will be quoting in my workouts and supplementation schedule in GREAT detail and then adding in my GHSR comments at the end. I hope everyone enjoys this format and if there are any improvements that can be made, please feel free to share. I am here to answer any comments/questions and will do my best to run a mentally fulfilling log for MST.
