    ActivateXtreme/Halodrol Liquigel LOG


    I'm about to start a log to both help keep myself focused as well as log some results along my journey. Despite the heavy criticism brought onto Halodrol Liquigels I have decided to go on them stacked with activate XT. I will be on both for six weeks total with (recommended dosage). I will post workouts and pictures (before and after pics as accurately proportioned as possible.) I am optimistic about making good gains, which if i can keep that attitude i WILL see gains. My diet will consist of High protein/Medium Carbs. Lets see if i can lean out a little and maybe gain a lb. or two of muscle. I will be working out 3 days on 1 day off.
    Mon: Chest/Tri
    Tues: Back/Bri
    Wed:Leg
    Thurs: off
    Fri: shoulder
    Sat: Chest/Tri
    Sun: Back bi
    Mon: off....
    ....ETC.

    I will give an honest opinion of how it went after my 6 week cycle, i'll try to cut through most of the bull**** and get right to results so you guys dont have to go through 20 pages of nonsense. I will be starting Monday, July 21st 2008 i will post my pics then.

    what type of PCT is recommended for halodrol liquigels? is any even needed? this is my first product with DHEA in it. i started taking them 4 days ago. any help would be appreciated.
