Hey people,

Havent done a log in a while. Feels good to do one again. I wanna thank Lanbane, Jeff Z, and App Nut for making this a sponsored log.


Current stats:
5-9 ( I dont expect this to change, I'm just putting it in)
164 (just weighed myself in my boxers.)


Dosage:
4 first thing AM
4 right before bed

At this dosage, it will be exactly a 1 month run.

Diet:
I will post a general summary once things get going. I plan this to be a slight bulk, with ~1 gram of protein/pound of weight/day.

Day 3;Update

Weight:163 (stepped off the scale like 2 mins ago)
Dosage:
4 in the am
4 before bed.



First impressions:

2 main things so far:
1. hunger. Like I'm hungry all the time. I'm an ecto, so I dont have the hunger I'd like to, to gain weight. In the past few days I've been "I'm cleaning out a buffet hungry." I've been eating at a little above maintenence, and that hasnt been enough. I'm starving all the time. I might have to turn this into a "heres all the buffets i'm no longer welcome at, because I ate so much, while on IGF-2" log ;)

The hunger thing has been so strong, that I'm considering dropping it to 6 a day. Let me know what you guys think.


2. libido. supposedly it takes 7-10 days to fully kick in. Well, if it gets to more than it does now, things could get interisting. I'm crossing my fingers that it does ;)


Conclusion: I'm really enjoying this so far. I've blown my food budget this week already. If the effects get stronger, and I wanna eat more, i might have to take out a bank loan for my food budget. The only downside to it, is it needs an empty stomach. I like doing a shake close to bedtime, and first thing am. I'm trying to adjust on this.
I wasnt sure what to expect, but this product had a solid 2 thumbs up so far.

Those pics are crap in a can, in my eyes. we had been hanging out and drinking a few beers, the lighting was off, and i had ZERO tan.

Alternating Hammer curls: 25x15, 30x9, 30x6

I havent really hit shoulders, since I had my left one dislocated in August. Kinda scared to, to be honest. Gonna give it a go with light weight, to see how it holds up.

Yea check my log out, I used IGF-2 alongside my PCT and it worked wonders.

Update:

IGF-2: 3 this am, and 3 before bed.
*lowered the doasge by 2 a day.

Workout today: *gym was about to close, so this is short* *didnt record weights tonight*

pull ups with bodyweight: 12, 8, 6
t bar rows: 15, 12, 8
straight leg deads: 15, 12, 10
Biceps curls: 50x12


General Thoughts:
HUNGER!!!!! Seriously, this stuff makes me hungry like I just took 2 AP all day long. AND its a great test booster as well.
I lowered the dose to 6 a day. 8 might have been a bit much for my weight. Still massive hunger though.

GT, so IGF-2 is something that you'd say would help someone eat more during bulk? Would IGF-2 + AP be outta control? Not to mention all natural!

What do you mean? Are you asking if IGF-2 increases your appetite, so that you can physically eat more? Or are you asking if IGF-2 allows you to eat higher calories than you normally would during a bulk, and stay relatively lean whilst gaining muscle mass? Because IGF-2 DEFINITELY does the latter (trust me; I know, and it has also done the same for other users).

Sounded like it was making him super hungry. And what you're saying is definately a plus regarding the aiding in a lean bulk. :thumbsup:

Honestly...nothing has increased my appetite quite like IGF-2. However, what I am currently feeling right now is that stacking DRIVE/IGF-2/NeoVar: Recomped makes your appetite jump like nothing else...honestly I feel like a bottomless pit while stacking these 3 products. You would probably feel the same just stacking the IGF-2 and AP for sure...I've done that to and liked the results.

IGF-2 :went back to 8 a day, 4am, and 4 pm

Weight:166 (+2)

Leg Day!!!!
Pre workout: n.o. shotgun(only pre on workout days)
Intra: VPX Synthasize (only taken intra on workout days)
*note: been using these since before i started this log, so its not a variable here*

Smith machine squats: 135x10, 155x8, 175x8, 185x6
Seated Calf raises: 20, 20, 15
Walking Lunges (not sure how to count reps here:think:)
80 lbs across the gym twice.

General notes:
The hunger and libido effects have been dropping off the past day or 2. I was dosing at 6/day, and today i moved back to 8 a day. We will see if it brings the thunder back.

I count it by # of steps per set, 20 steps, 16 steps, etc.

Moved Ifg-2 dosing back up to the 4am, and 4 PM dosing


W/o: bi's and tris (pressed for time, so it was short)

Skill crushers: 50x10, 50x10, 60x9 +1neg, 70x2
Barbell bi curls: 50x10, 50x14, 50x10
bodyweight dips: 12, 12, 10
Preacher curls: 40x10, 40x7+1neg, 40x6+1 neg

General thoughts: still increased libido, though not as much as before. Sleeping in longer, if i dont set the alarm. Insane hunger pangs have subsided.

OK, sorry for the hiatus. The last 2 weeks have been insane!
Car wreck, starting a website. Trying to get good info, and write articles for the site, as well as bookmarking the site, to get indexed in google. This on top of working 1.5 jobs. So, I've been a busy bee.

I'm doing back/bi's tomorrow am. Will give my first full update in about 2 weeks. Thanks for your patience guys!!!

Started getting nauseous at this point, so i decided not to push it and head home. Sure nuff, when i got home, had to visit the throne. I was drinking mhp's Dark matter for my post workout drink, so it was blue all over the place. Nice imagery I know.

N.B.- It's good to be back, barfing aside. I will be going strong with the log for the next 2 weeks untill it's completion. Thanks or staying with me guys. Let's finish this!!

hahaha I was hanging with my girl last night and I ate before we went out... like 2 hours later, my stomach grumbles and she's like, "are you hungry already?!" LOL And I had just eating chicken, rice, and broccoli! So funny!

Anyway, sweet log here. Make sure to check mine out too! I'm doing IGF-2 & NeoVar!

First day back in the gym since my last post. The next couple of weeks I will finish this one up. Sorry for the split log. The past couple of weeks have been the craziest I've had in a LOOOONG time. I did get to meet both Jeff Z and Don from App Nut at the Europa last week though. Great guys!
