Thanks to DS and haiz69 for giving me this opprotunity. This will be my first experience using a DS product, and ive got some high hope for it judging by the amount of respect that people on here give to DS. A little background: i have been recomping since the first of the year, and have dropped about 20 lbs so far, but id still like to drop about 10 more lbs so that when i begin my bulk in september, i can start in an already lean state. My goal for this log will be to drop around 10 lbs, while retaining most of my strength and muscle mass.

DIET
My diet is usually pretty dialed in, tho i do veer off course every now and then. However, for purpose of this log, and giving the best results possible to DS, i will be eating very very clean, cheating MAYBE once a week. By cheating, i mean some pizza, a gigantic plate of pasta (im italian), or some frozen yogurt.
My macro breakdown will be as follows.
200-230 grams of protein
150-180 (Training Days) / 80-100 (Non-Training Days) grams of carbohydrates
50-60 grams of fat
I tend to stick to around 4-5 meals a day. usually 5, but with my work, sometimes its not really possible to eat. not to mention my day to day at work is ALWAYS different.
TRAINING
Training will be a little different. Instead of isolating bodyparts throughout the week, ill be completing full body workout 3 times per week. Training days will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Cardio will be fasted morning cardio on off days. Sometimes i sleep in tho, in which case i do a run later in the day, or after i lift on training days. usually 20-30 minutes, interval style, done on an elliptical, or at 15% incline on a treadmill.
