  10. Glad to see your sponsored addition went very well. Glad to see what the personally purchased month will do for you

Also it depends on the type of stretching you do...sometimes it can be harmful to your workouts.

**active stretches and isometric stretches should not be part of your warm-up because they are often counterproductive. The goals of the warm-up are (according to Kurz): "an increased awareness, improved coordination, improved elasticity and contractibility of muscles, and a greater efficiency of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems." Active stretches and isometric stretches do not help achieve these goals because they are likely to cause the stretched muscles to be too tired to properly perform the athletic activity for which you are preparing your body.**

  23. i just started this stack yesterday. i can tell you that as an insomniac i have tried everything from otc to script-klonipin/ambien/trazodone. the scripts work very well for a few days then lose effetiveness. well the first night on somnidren/zmk i got to sleep remarkably well, as good as the scripts-no kidding. i am hoping that like the op i will continue to get these results after the first few days. one thing i can say for sure-this stack Will help you sleep.
