    First off, thanks to everyone @ Designer Supps for the bottle of Adrenalean and the opportunity to run a month long log. I'll be attempting to shred off about 10-15 lbs of bodyfat and will utilize AP with the Adrenalean. I've used AP for a few weeks now, so I'll be able to see which supp is doing what.

    The plan I follow is pretty simple, I lift 3x a week, and cardio 3-4x a week. I take 1 or 2 rest days a week as needed. I let my body decide. As for nutrition, I carb cycle, with zero carbs on my days off from training, refeed days the day before legs every other leg session (once every 10 days or so) and the other days are all low or moderate carbs, with low meaning 20-50 and moderate meaning 50-100. A typical refeed will be in the 400 range. My carbs come from sweet potatos, brown rice, oats, whole wheat pasta, fruits, squash, and other veggies. The only bread will be the occasional slice or two of pumpernickel. Total caloric intake p/day is 2300-2700 on average.

    So......on with it. Today is day one.

    0430 - woke up, downed 1 AP.
    0500 - large shake, 3 scoops whey, 2 tbspn natty pb, 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup milk and ice cubes/water.
    0530 - 2 ADRENALEAN tablets.
    0700 - 20 min calisthenics and 3 mile run. Had great energy, run time was average at 28 min....I didn't push, just jogged.
    0815 - 3 oz tuna and a handful of almonds.

    its almost 10 now and I'm pretty wide awake, but, no crazy heartrate, high body temp/sweats or anything like that. At my size (226 lbs) I'll probably end up taking 3 tabs in the AM.....I'm not hungry either - which is a bonus. Lunch is at 11, but is a moderate lunch since I'm not lifting today. I'll lift tomorrow.

    So far so good, but again, its only day 1. I'm stoked though and really shooting for 215 by early Aug.

  4. OK - took 2nd dose yesterday around 2pm. Appetite suppression was definately there as I wasn't nearly as hungry last night as most evenings. Simple dinner, 7 oz of steak and a cup of broccoli w/some cheese melted on it. 1/2 cup of cottage cheese at bedtime.

    Day 2.

    Up at 0430 - popped my AP

    0450 - Shake - 2 scoops whey, 1/2 cup oats, 2 tbsp natty pb, 1 tbsp flax seed, 1 tbsp L-Glutamine, 1/2 cup hoods milk, ice and water as needed.

    0515 - DOSE OF ADRENALEAN - 2 caps

    0600 - Workout - CHEST and TRICEPS
    FLAT BB:
    245 x 8 x 4 sets

    205 x 8 x 4 sets

    165 x 6 x 3 sets

    O/H DB EXT:
    70 x 10 x 3 sets

    40s x 10 x 3 sets

    DC STRETCH between sets

    65 x 20
    80 x 12
    95 x 8

    0715 - 3 oz tuna, 20 oz water mixed w/BCAA's (xtend green apple)

    And here I sit at 0745 - wide awake, fully pumped still from a solid workout. Went a little more with reps today rather than heavy weights.

    Think I'll cut total cals back to right at 2K while using the Adrenalean, as it really appears that it'll suppress appetite and not mess with sleep. I slept solid last night from about 9pm til I woke up.

  5. update - all still great - appetite in check. But - its time for lunch anyway.

    Subway footlong roasted chicken breast on wheat w/all the veggies. Double meat. Had the apples rather than any chips.

    Next dose of ADRENALEAN will be around 2 pm.

  6. Day 3.

    First two days pretty good. FYI - I'll weigh myself periodically, but not every day or anything.

    Diet is still good, no crazy cravings. In fact, I wasn't as hungry as normal last night, only had 1 chicken breast and some veggies with a slice of pumpernickel. Normally I'd have 2 pieces of chicken - minimum.

    Water intake is still 1 gal+ a day.

    Today so far - 0500 - 1 AP
    0530 - Shake.
    0700 Adrenalean.....2 caps.

    Also - FYI - no issues with sleep. So the Adrenalean isn't keeping me up.

  8. OK - finally made it over to the gym today.


    SQUATS: all sets atg. I've had some hip issues with my ITB, but have been working on it for the last 30 days with physical therapy. Its about 90% now....

    w/u sets

    135 x 10
    185 x 6 x 3 sets

    225 x 8 x 3 sets

    3 plates x 10 x 3 sets

    bodyweight squats w/feet, ankles locked into position. Three sets of 10 as deep as possible, then EXPLODE up....this really gets the quads burning.

    Adductor/abductor machine:
    150 x 12 x 3 sets of each......slow/controlled, working hips.

    Solid w/o.

    Followed w/lunch - 1 AP, then 20 min later....

    lg chicken breast
    1 can green beans
    1/2 sweet potato
    1/2 cup coffee

    I'll take my 2nd dose of ADRENALEAN at around 2:30.

    So far, focus and energy levels have been solid for both daily work and workouts in the gym.

  10. Sounds great so far. Glad it isn't keeping you up. I've had that problem with some stims before, but not with Adrenalean.

  11. OK - so - its day 4.

    Up at 0430 - popped my AP, took dog for about a mile of walking.

    0500 - 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of oats, cup of hoods milk.

    0530 - 2 ADRENALEAN

    0600 - 9 mile bike ride - easy pace, just wanted to get 40 min of cardio, this took about 42.
    SHOULDER W/O: Nothing huge, just a little work.

    MIL PRESSES - 135 x 8 x 3 sets
    DB LATERALS - 30 x 8 x 3 sets
    BB FRONTS - 55 x 8 x 3 sets
    DB REARS - 40 x 8 x 3 sets.

    0730 - Whole wheat bagel w/chicken breast and egg and hot sauce, BCAAs, and water. I was thinking as I was getting this ready - man, I'm not hungry, which is weird as heck. The ADRENALEAN is really suppressing my appetite. BUT - I needed to eat something after working out.

  12. Day 5. App suppression is still very good. Energy levels are pretty good until about 6-7 hrs after last dose, then I'm tired as hell. That is probably more due to the fact I'm up so early. (And old).

    Weighed in this morning - down 1.4 lbs. for the week.

    This after having some whole wheat pizza last night. Some being 4 slices LOL.

    FRIDAY (Day 5):
    0430 - up and pop my AP
    0440 - walk dog for 15 min
    0500 - 4 eggs, 1/2 cup milk.
    0600 - 2 ADRENALEAN, 20 oz water
    0700 - 30 min calisthenics and eight 40 yd wind sprints.
    0800 - lg protein shake, handful of almonds.

  14. I'm usually in bed by 9 - asleep within 30 minutes....sometimes I get to bed around 8:30.

    MONDAY - Day 8. Weighed in after a weekend of eating sensibly, but not super strict. (4 beers Saturday night). I'm down 2.2 lbs for the first week. I stayed on the AP and ADRENALEAN as scheduled, but only 2 tabs of ADRENALEAN 2x a day. I'm bumping to 3 in the morning starting today.

    0500 - up - popped AP took dog for walk.
    0545 - Large Protein/carb shake - approx 75g Protein, 50g carbs.
    0700 - 2 mile jog - nothing too hard.

    0745 - can tuna, 1/2 serving of muscle milk.
    1100 - AP
    1130 - Sub from subway - turkey (double meat) loaded w/veggies.

    I'll take the other two ADRENALEAN at 2:30. I had a pretty long gap between food this morning and didn't realize it. The ADRENALEAN really curbs my appetite......

    So far my observations:

    No jitters
    Decent energy and focus
    Curbs appetite.
    No issues with sleep.

    I'm taking this week off from lifting - I'm way overdue for a break from the gym. My body needs to recover a little.

  15. WEDNESDAY - all still going well.

    YESTERDAY - no workouts at all - just normal routine and 2x servings of ADRENALEAN.

    0500 - up and took AP, then jogged/walked w/dog for 30 min.
    0545 - bkfst.
    0615 - 3 tabs of ADRENALEAN
    0700 - easy 2 mile run and some calisthenics and sprints.
    0815 - Coffee and 4 eggs.
    1045 - AP
    1100 - 8 oz BBQ Pork, 1/2 cup cole slaw, 1/2 cup green beans.

    All is still good with the ADRENALEAN........

    I've eaten well, not starved at all, and am sure I've continued to slim down. Of course, hydration is a must and I've stayed over a gallon of water every day except 1 so far.....

    I'll weigh in again on Friday. If ADRENALEAN helps me to lose 5-10 lbs this month without severely cutting my caloric intake or losing any strength in the gym, then I'll be truly satisfied. So far,, good.

    Are you going to start 3-3 everyday? Or 3-2?

    I personally like to spread 6 out 2-2-2. It seems to keep me going steady all day. With one of the doses Pre WO.

    My day starts at 2 am though. So I feel your pain on the f'd up schedule..

  17. I'm at 3-2 on the ADRENALEAN......that works well for me. I take the 2nd dose around 2pm. By 8ish....I'm tired and able to sleep if I want to.

    0700 - ADRENALEAN x 3 caps.

    Meal plan today is:
    0830 - 3 oz tuna
    1100 - AP
    1130 - large salad, large chicken breast.
    2 pm - ADRENALEAN
    3 pm - Lg Protein shake
    5:30pm - AP
    6 pm - 1 cup broccoli, 8 oz tri-tip steak.
    8 pm - 1/2 cup cottage cheese before bed.

    Roughly 140 oz of water today....

  21. How are you gauging how much water you drink in a day? Do you carry around a gallon jug with you all day? Or keep a count on the side of a bottle?

  22. Silentbob - I have a 1/2 gallon jug - I drink 2-3.5 of them a day. Yesterday ended up being right around 155 oz after dinner.

    FRIDAY: Weighed in - 222.1 - so down about 4 lbs. in two weeks without really altering my diet. In fact, I didn't even lift any this week - and only worked out twice. So - I'm pretty happy with the results so far.

    Today in Tampa it is freaking HUMID & MUGGY.

    0500 - up and popped AP w/20 oz water
    0535 - Lg protein shake, 2 eggs
    0615 - 3 ADRENALEAN, w/20 oz water
    0700 - PT. (laid out below)
    0830 - Lg protein shake w/natty pb.

    PT - general stretches for about 10 min.
    25 four count jumping jacks
    25 four count trunk twist crunches
    25 four count bicycle crunches
    25 plank push ups
    25 four count over head arm claps
    25 four count front arm circles
    25 four count reverse arm circles (shoulders burning)
    50 four count crunches
    20 v-ups
    1 min push ups (65)
    1 min rest
    1 min sit ups (51)
    1 min rest
    45 sec push ups/45 sec rest (48)
    45 sec sit ups/45 sec rest (33)
    30 sec push ups/30 sec rest (34)
    30 sec sit ups/30 sec rest (27)
    15 push ups
    15 sit ups

    HIIT on track - jog 1/2 lap, sprint 1/2 lap times 3 laps.

    I was absolutely blasted at the end. There wasn't a dry spot on my shorts or shirt and sweat was pouring out of me. This is why I drink so much water. I killed off another 32 oz since the I'm already at about 72 oz today and its only 9:05.

  24. Yeah - every Friday is something along those lines. Its nothing that is written down anywhere until the Thursday before. There are about 50 of us out there, we make a big circle and off we go. The idea is to break everything down pretty good, no rest is longer than 1 minute the whole time. The entire workout lasts anywhere from 35-50 minutes.

    We group shoulder movements together, back to back and they are BURNING when doing simple stuff like overhead claps or circles. Same thing for abs.

    One person is in the middle with the exercise list and leads. Once one movement is over, he/she calls out the next and we start. Everyone counts aloud.

    We always finish with sprints of some type. The usual is -
    40m x 4 at 50% speed
    40m x 2 at 75% speed
    40m x 2 at 100% speed
    40m x 2 at 75% speed
    40m x 1 at full all out everything you've got.

    We do get a puker here and there. But, as a group, we've all gotten faster, stronger and fitter.

  25. Over the weekend, only real physical activity was playing golf - shot an 88, very happy about that, as I'm usually in the mid 90's. I washed/waxed both cars, mowed the lawn and cleaned the pool. And I swam around alot....not laps, just relaxing.

    Weighed in this morning and bam - another pound gone. So 221 - down 5 lbs in two weeks.

    I did nothing else special, ate mostly what I wanted and even had 4 beers.

    MONDAY -
    up at 0445 - popped AP
    0515 - 2 eggs, bowl of Kashii cereal
    0530 - 3 ADRENALEAN
    0545 - WORKOUT - chest/tri's
    0715 - 3.2 mile run. HOT AND HUMID!!!
    0800 - lg protein shake
    1000 - 3 oz tuna.

    My workout today was pretty decent after taking a week off.

    FLAT BB:
    135 x w/u
    225 x 6
    275 x 3 x 3

    80 x 8 x 3 sets......fairly light...should've went up.

    185 x 6 x 3 sets

    BW +25lbs x 8 x 3 sets

    Short - but to the point. Felt good.
