I tested the more recent version, just make sure to keep your calories up or you will not see much in way of results

Can you start animal Stak 2 right after animal m stak or should you give your body a break

I've taken both products and thought stak 2 was complete bunk while I did slightly like m-stak. Personally I wouldn't run either again, but m-stak is the better of the two.

I actaully like Stak better then Mstack. The one product i really liked from the Animal line is pak
