Hi everyone i am looking to gain just lean muscle from this stack ... i am around 8 % body fat .. i am 18 yrs old 5 7 and weight 145 pounds ...
What supp do you think i should add to this stack to complete it ? or if any ?
i was thinking of adding maybe GNC amplified creatine .. Do you think this would be the right thing to add ?
i would also like to tell you my diet plan and if u can help me out ...
i wake up at 10 30 either have turkey and 4 egg whites on whole wheat bread .. or a shake with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter with 2 cups of oatmeal
at 1 O clock i have either peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread .. or a grilled chicken wrap
4 o clock i have either a steak or a bowl of pasta
6 o clock i am in the gym till around 8
8 i have a shake
10 30 i have another shake
1 30 BED !
ANY ADVICE ????????
