Went to the gym today and KILLED! it. This stuff is actually really really good. I had very high expectations and I would easily say they reached them. I am really looking forward to see how this pans out.

I will use these same 3 ratings for every workout.

I was shocked at how high my intensity went up while still being really euphoric and concentrated which was really fkin cool. I was INTENSELY focused if you will :D

Was a quick hitter before I had to get on a conference call today, but I still felt like I put in good work. I gave it 100% on every set so I was satisfied. I feel like I am ready to start bringing Deads/Heavy Rows back into my routine for back, which is what I will do next week.

Does this stuff get better as you take it more? Because today's workout was the best in a LOOONG time I felt great. I am on my way back into the heavier weights!

Ok, energy is still definitely up there and feels great. Intensity seems to be dropping slightly, but focus increases. This could be due to external factors...who knows. LOVIN it though!

As you can see, in my opinion this supplements' strength is in its concentration and clean energy, which is extremely important during lifting. I've been LOVING it!!

Almost out....will buy more for sure.

Another note: I have noticed a lot more thermo effect here recently that I didn't before, this is always welcomed:D

I've actually bumped up my cals a decent amount. I had been dieting over 25 weeks and it was getting to me. I'm still doing a crapload of cardio, though. I proclaimed this week "Break-Free Week" as I'm going to Boston tomorrow and I'm sure I'll be eating poorly (Clam chowder, beer, Boston cream pie, etc.) and will probably only workout once while I'm there; however, when I get back, it's going to be a strict lean bulk diet. Basically no cheat meals, just refeed days. Lots of cardio. Going to try to get back into sprinting. I don't know if you've kept up much, but my strength has risen since the beginning of my cut. It's pretty freaking amazing. I'm loving it. I've been cheating a lot on my diet the last few weeks though. Tons of crackers and chips and salsa.

Good looking log! Are you taking Zapped ed or only pre-workout? How would you compare the mental focus vs. say No-Xplode which gives me the best focus of all out there?

Hmm, I like it better than NO-Xplode. I really like NO-Xplode also, just like this better in the mental clarity department. I would say my workouts could tend to be more intense on NO-Xplode though.

I am only taking this pre-workout.
 
Some strong benching in here and Im glad you are liking ZAP so much. The clean energy and focus is great.
