I've actually bumped up my cals a decent amount. I had been dieting over 25 weeks and it was getting to me. I'm still doing a crapload of cardio, though. I proclaimed this week "Break-Free Week" as I'm going to Boston tomorrow and I'm sure I'll be eating poorly (Clam chowder, beer, Boston cream pie, etc.) and will probably only workout once while I'm there; however, when I get back, it's going to be a strict lean bulk diet. Basically no cheat meals, just refeed days. Lots of cardio. Going to try to get back into sprinting. I don't know if you've kept up much, but my strength has risen since the beginning of my cut. It's pretty freaking amazing. I'm loving it. I've been cheating a lot on my diet the last few weeks though. Tons of crackers and chips and salsa.
