Max's Fat owning Log
I just got finished with a havoc cycle and now im in my second week of pct and decided to cut some fat off.
I am going to hopefully accomplish that with the Velocity Diet
List of supplements that are going to be taken:
Clen- 120-160mcg AM ---i have used this 2 weeks ago, so no use to taper up.
Yohimbine HCL - to increase clen effectiveness into 4th and 5th week
6OXO - 400mgs before bed
Sustain Alpha- 5 pumps before bed
Post Cycle Support - 2 in AM, 2 in PM
Lean Xtreme - 1 AM, 1 mid day, 1 before bed
Flax Seed oil Caps - 2 with every other shake- not included in fat macros
Fiber choice - 2 tabs with every shake, 2 before bed
HMB- got about 5 days worth that im going to finish off.
Velocity diet: will be using optimum nutrition's 100% whey (yeah i know, whey). 6 shakes. Each shake contains 240 cals, 48g protein, 8g carbs, 1.5g fat
At 6 shakes a day:
Goal: Cutting off 15lbs or fat while retaing the most muscle i can.

I am a bit confused because I have never heard of the velocity diet... but why so many shakes>?
The only time I consume shakes is post workout or if I ABSOLUTELY CAN NOT get a solid meal in. This goes for when I bulk or cut. What does the rest of your diet look like> What was your weight before cycle. ?

thats the whole point of the velocity diet. all shakes. no solids. one solid meal a week. hence the fiber and flax oil.

You are not going to like the V-Diet with just whey. Make SOME of your shakes Casein blend. If you are trying to save some $$ over Biotest's protein, go with Team Skip blend from Truprotein.com

ok guys, i was going to start my diet today but plans have quickly gotten derailed. my grandmother passed away last night, so it won't be until next sunday or monday before i start the diet.

OK. I read the first line and thats wall i need to read....
WTF are you dosing clen so high for? Is it real clen? You start at dose and a few things may happen...
1. Your heart will explode.Not literally, well maybe....
Shakes will be ridiculous, sweats, irregular heartbeat or obnoxious heart beat.
2. Do you know anything about clen?
3. Clen alone is great for fat burning, what do you mean by, yohimbine to increase clen effectiveness? The only thing to "improve" clen effectiveness is to use it right 15-20min prior to cardio, keep a clean diet, and cycle it using Benadryl(sp?) on off days.
1,560 cals? You gotta be kidding? I hope you are weaning yourself into it or say hellow to catabolism for me casue i havent seen him for awhile. I think going from a PH cycle to a cut it a bad idea, at least without working the cals down slowly.
In PCT without or without test boosters, cals need to be up. The only way not to lose and drop calswould be using gear to hold muscle.....
Also, even though PCT is 2 weeks in, and you shoke your body with low cals, cortisol may become an issue although now as much so...

Thats alot of clen to start with. I'd start with 20mcg and go up 20 mcgs every day or every other day. Also, I'd go half whey and half casein every shake. I'm doing the velocity now and if I don't have casein in every shake I get hungry very fast. That diet is hard enough without adding in hunger.
Also if you read the diet closer, you'll notice Shugart has alot higher fat % than you included. Its because he's getting his fiber from ground flaxseed, which also has like 4g fat per serving. You're going to need that fat for energy on your low cals.

well, its been said/shown that after 100mcgs, the bad out weighs the good. Wether you feel it or not, youre stressing your body/ heart alot. And if you dont feel it, you shyt is bunk or you need to take the Benadryl(sp?) like i said to refresh your beta-2 receptors so the shyt can actually work.
Just cause you ran it before doesnt mean you jump right into it again, poor idea. Also, you ramp up to go easy on your receptors, do what you want. Perosnally i think you should be bulking still. but i know its summer time and its time to "look good"
