Whats up guys? After much debate I have decided to go with a cycle of 3ad. Its going to be 1 full bottle of 3ad. I am going to try to clean bulk . If I could put on 5 to 10 that would be a success. I know many people have been questioning the results of 3 ad since not to many logs have had before and after pics. I will post before pics the day I start my cycle and on the last day of the cycle

I just finished this workout program about two weeks ago.. made some good gains . Each week you drop your rep range down in your compound exercises its a six week program and I hope to start my 3ad cycle in the weeks were my range 8(first week) 7( second week) 6 (third week) hopefully this will help my keep my strength gain once I get into pct since I will be in the strength rep ranges. Also I add in little concentration exercise where I feel needed things like flys, con curls, etc
Any comments or suggestions are welcome
