    My supplements

    DRIVE 1 bottle
    not sure on my daily dosage. i will take it by itself for one day to get the feel for it.

    SHRED XS 1 bottle
    This should provide great synergy with my drive. I got it with the drive for a great price. I don't do great with diet supps so I will be @ a low dose of this I'm sure until I get the feel for it.

    ANABOLIC PUMP 1 bottle
    I took this for 2 days already before my workout. I am going to like this one. It made me hungry as hell after a morning workout. Hopefully the shred will help in suppressing some hunger.

    STOKED 1bottle
    What can i say. I love PCS. this will be a great addition.

    I am currently 6ft 213lbs; 28yo. I am wanting to gain around 5 lbs if possible. drop some bodyfat (around 15%) and get that leaner look. I will post daily workouts as well as daily intake of supps. I will up my cardio to 2 times a week. don't do much cardio, i feel it takes my muscle away pretty quick. I can gain and lose very easily.
    I will use these supps until they are all gone. thanks again nutra.

    Well, no package today with my shred and drive in it yet. It's gotta be today. The turnaround time for my nutra orders is usually 3 full business days. But, i did get my free samples from Millinnium Sport Technologies. I got a shizload of samples. I love the look of all their products. I will probably take some ragnarok today before my workout.

    I might post up my workout routine, but I love to change it up all the time. I normally stick to a 10-8-6-4-2 ladder routine with my lifts. and add suppersets toward the end. anyway I will post after each day once I begin with the supps.

    This weekend must have been busy with the post office because It usually never takes this long for me to get a package in. I orderd last thursday and it's thursday today. Florida to Texas usually only takes 3-4 days.

    I did take some Ragnarok before my workout yesterday evening. It was great stuff I must admit. I got my sweat on just after my warm-up. I was dripping with sweat and did zero cardio. awesome stuff.

    Well, I finally got it in yesterday evening. I have only one workout routine left for this week so I figured that today would be a good time to try the drive and shred out.
    Yesterday I did legs. I don't do heavy legs anymore do to a L4 L5 disc problem. It gets aggrivated every 3-6 mo. from me doing something stupid. It is very tender. So I have to take it easy.
    overhead squat 45lb. plate. 4x20
    DB lunges 55lb dumbells 4x8each
    leg ext. 15,15,12,10
    leg curl. 4x10
    machine calve raises(superset with donkey raises) 3x20 each

    This morning I woke up and took 2 drive to test them out before my DAY 1 which will be monday. Then @ 9:30 I have took one shred. I am already warm feeling from the shred. The drive made me feel a little alert too. All in all I will bump everything up and get ready for monday.
    I find in necessary for me to test my products out and feel them before I start stacking them together, that way I know what is causing what feeling and how to adjust during my cycle.

    [B]DAY 1 WILL BE MONDAY. ALL SUPPS ARE LINED UP. GET READY GUYS. IT WILL BE EASIER TO FOLLOW ALONG AS WELL, ONCE I GET GOING.

    beginning of workout (12 o clock) was very sluggish but finished on a high note and very full feeling.

    So far the anabolic pump is kickin in a little later in my workout so I may wait 40min. to workout. the drive even though I will up the dose in 2 days is keeping me a little alert it feels, but not much else I can tell from now.

    Looks great to me. It is also a smart move to start Drive low and ramp up slowly. The plan on Anabolic Pump is also legitimate. Nice stack overall.

    Cardio Day for me. since I am going 4 lifting days this wk. I will cardio 2 of those days. As mentioned above my workout yesterday was such high reps, crap that's cardio in itself.

    I will jog 2 miles today for my workout. I love lyptical machines but I'm not going to gym today, just jogging in neighborhood in dead heat. Oh yeah!!!!!!

    I am looking thicker in my chest and thinner in my waist already. It doesn't take long for me to lose weight though. I am really pleased with everything so far.
    Here is how I feel on the supps.Drive - good overall feeling. clean and libido is up some too.

    ShredXS - I get warm 30min. following. that's about it so I know it's working. I only have a 30 day supply, I will stick to 2 caps a day. and will not up it.

    Anabolic Pump - Not sure on how it is treating my body. hopefully my body is changing some from it. Right now my diet is pretty thin, I will keep the AP @ 3 a day.

    Stoked - Not really a supp I can feel immidiately, It has a longer time to actually take effect. I know PCS worked for me so I'm sure the drive/stoked combo will be great in about 4more days.

    Sorry it's been late but I had my class reunion this weekend and it's been busy for me. I will post my Day 5 workout after this post.

    As far as my sleep pattern It has been extremely better, which is odd to me. Day 2-5 were great and of course last night some cold natural light was involved so I passed right out, but yeah, none of the stems are bothering my sleep. Thanks for asking and keeping up bro.

    Well, I will post tuesday's and wed. workouts this evening. as of now I feel as if it has taken 1.5 weeks to really visually see a change in my figure. I am extremely leaner looking but my weight has gone up 1lb. which is great for me.

    Review of the supps for me
    Libido - absolutely an increase for me as of the past 3 days. Drive and Stoked are helping in this category.
    Muschle Hardness - feel it more in my shoulders and upper chest. Could be that I'm getting more defined their and I give that mostly to my drive and AP.
    Sleep - Has been great the past 3 nights as well. been workin my ass off layin tile and workin out, but still. Stoked.
    Attitude - not much change in that category. maybe even more ****ttty of one. You try layin tile and have a positive outlook.
    Stength - I've been doing high reps so it's hard to tell, but my endurance is up for sure. It doesn't have a choice. All supps are contributing to this.
    Appetite - suppressed more than usual. I like it. Shred-mostly.

    Abs are coming in alot more. and oh yeah, the beer thing was just because I had a class reunion and some friends stay in from out of town I haven't seen in years. I always make sure I eat less carbs when that occurs. As for the past three days I've been doing my usuall.

    Not sure on how the AP is treating me. I don't feel ever much of a pump but I do honestly think it is helping me with my carb up meals. May need to stack it with P-Slin in the future. All the other supps are going great.

    not sure, it's happened 3 times, but it could always just be due to what time I ate the night before and how much breakfast I eat. Sorry it's been a while since I posted. I had some relatives come in town for the summer so I just didn't have time to do it. We've been out of town and etc... I will post my last Friday and monday workouts by today.

    My arms felt huge this day. It was awesome. I took 3drive/2 Shred/2Stoked before workout. Great intensity.

    It is time for me to change it up some. for the past 2 weeks I have been going high reps and am deciding to do something different now.

    My chest feels sore as hell 2 days later. which is a good thing. great shock to the body on the change of workout up. I will stick to this for about 2 weeks.

    I felt sluggish tuesday. Cant figure out why though. I did get a great back workout in though. My back and Bi's got yoked up.


    Day 17 - I jogged for 15min. and took the day off. felt good to. need to recharge I guess.

    Well guys my run with these products was 21 total days. I didn't have time to post my last 3 workouts and with 2 days left I hurt my lower back AGAIN. Luckily the following day I was going on vacation to destin and I had to take the week off. Seriously couldn't even sleep in a good position. It is now 10 days since i injured it and I had 2 days left, tomorrow being my last. I took my drive with 3 pills in the a.m. and my stoked like I normally do. 2am/2pm. my anabolic pump before all 3 meals today and I felt awesome. I only had 3.5 hours of sleep last night do to my ar***** home and driving and I still got up and took my drive/stoked/AP/shred and felt great. anyway I only have some stoked left and very little AP and will continue to take it till finished.

    I apologize for not keeping posts going but i was vacationing with family and didn't get to let you guys know(strategicmove) that I was going out of town, plus the back injury sucked. As far as the supps go I was very pleased.

    amazingly I put on 3 lbs in 3 weeks. dieted still and looked alot leaner than when I got off my havoc cycle and only 2lbs lighter. WOW. an exchange of water for muscle. anyway. it was a good combo and I will be looking to mix it up soon. Later,and thanx strategic and all others.......
