    A big thx to AMS for for this chance to log there performance stack. My log will include Hyper-pump and hypertrop-x.
    I will be double dosing hypertrop-x to get the max effect of the beta-alanine.

    This will start as a recomp and devolp into a full on bulk.
    Current diet will be updated when changed

    Weight:170
    Height:5'8

    Diet macros: 40/40/20
    3000cals/300g pro/300g carb/65g fat
    Typical Food:
    6oz Chicken/Fish/eggs 7 times a day
    1g YG with 75g carbs 4 times a day (sweet potatoes/brown rice/oats/ezeikel bread/quinoa/skim milk)

    Not a bad wo. did not have the energy i was expecting. hyper pump deff needs some caff to carry the yohimbine.

    I tried the hyperpump sample I got and it was friggin sweet. This will be a hell of a log with these two porducts.

    Speed321: What's your past experience with YG ? Prefer it over AP ? What effects did it yield ? -ability to absorb carbs better while cutting .. ?

    I've got about 100 grams YG around here. I'm on no-carbs, so I don't know what effects YG could yield in that scenario .. Got any suggestions ? Dosing ?

    My past experience: 2 150g cont of YG and now on my third.
    I find it is very similar to AP when dosed at 1g per serving.
    It gives me solid pumps, decrease body fat, increase muscle size.
    It was very good for me when cutting, quick results. At first u only need 40-50g carbs with a 1 g does. The longer u use it the more carbs ur body can handle. I used 1g 3x a day with 40-50g carbs. Also be sure to wait 30min to eat after taking it, better results. Usually dosed it at breakfast/pre-wo meal/post-wo meal.
    Also another tip is when u go to about 30g carbs u actually increase fat-burning!

    30min mod pace run (about 3 miles)

    Great run and wo today! the addition of caff to this stack is unreal. i highly recomend anyone using these products to take about 200mg caff with them. Great Stamina while running...havent felt that good while running in awhile. I think im going to enjoy this.

    One helluva supply ya'll testers got on hand ! Envious .. Depending on the length of your workouts, when mine stretched to the 100 minute mark, I would always bring 3-4 caps IXL with me to the gym, and pop them a couple minutes in to my workout to get the amped up endurance for my cardio session following my weight training session. Just to try out different dosages, you could try to do 4 caps hypertrop with your hyperpump pre-workout drink, then another 4 caps hypertrop on your way to the gym .. A SURE-FIRE way to keep your ass up and about at the gym ! LOL

    so my bulk diet has been slowly improving to a solid level of about 4500-5000cals 415g protein/540g carbs/118g fats. should be fun

    Ive been coughing for about 2 weeks and went to the doctor and found out i have broncitis. im going to take the next 5-6 days off the recover. I feel horrible and need a lot of sleep.
    I will continue the stack when i get back into the gym! i will also be adding nocturnabol for the rest of the stack too!!!

    srry i havent been updating guys, my chronic bronchitis has been hurting me lately...i had to take a couple of weeks off everything to get better and am stiff recovering now....will update when i get beack in the gym and cont my usuage
