This will start as a recomp and devolp into a full on bulk.

Tri-creatine Malate 3g pre-wo with
.5g 30min breakfast
Hypertrop-x 2 30 count bottles
Hyper Pump 12 bottles
I will be taking 4 hypertrop 30min b4 breakfast with YG and then again 5min b4 wo 85min after my pre-wo meal. Hyper-pump will be taken 45min b4 wo.
