Log to Begin Sunday May 18th
(My schedule says OFF when you read further down but due to summer classes starting on Monday I want to have one day of nothing going on for the first day)
Background Info:
Weight:180 lbs
Height: 5'10"
Age: 21
Tomorrow morning before first dose of anything I will take some pictures and measurements
Experience: I have been lifting for about 2 years on and off. I have taken pre-workout supps including nano vapor, NO shotgun, superpump, and all kinds of thermogenic fat burning pills.
Goal: To cut body fat percentage down, add lean mass, and increase strength.
Here are the primary supps I will be taking:
Hyperdrol X2
Mass Fx Max
Retain 2
Purple Wraath
Secondary supps:
Animal Pak
Fish Oil
100% Whey Protein
Right now I have enough for 4 weeks, but should the results turn out well I will certainly order more for another 2-4 weeks of the cycle.
Dosing:
HX2: 4x daily spread evenly
MFXMX: 4x daily; 1 AM-2 Pre workout-1 before bed
Retain 2: 3x daily; 1 AM-1 Pre workout-1 Post workout
Purple Wraath: 1x daily; 1 scoop intra-workout
Animal Pak: 1 pack daily
I plan to follow a strict diet which looks like this:
Meal 1: Upon Wake-up @ apprx 9:00AM
2 eggs
1/2 cup Quaker Oats
1 cup Milk
1 Scoop Protein Shake
1 Banana
Meal 2: @ apprx 12:00PM
1 Banana
1 cup cheerios
Meal 3: @ apprx 3:00PM
1 cup Brown Rice
.5 cup Vegetables
1 Scoop Protein Shake
GYM-TIME @ apprx 3:30
Meal 5: @ apprx 6:00PM
1 Scoop Protein Shake
1 cup Quaker Oats
1 Apple
1 cup Milk
Meal 6: @ apprx 7:30
5 oz Chicken Breast
1.5 cup Brown Rice
1 cup Vegetables
Meal 7: Before Bed
1 Cup Oats
1 Scoop Protein Shake
I will also be drinking 1.5-2 gallons of water every day
I plan to workout 4-6 days/week. The splits will look something like this:
Monday: Chest/Triceps
Tuesday: Back/Biceps
Wednesday: Shoulders/Legs
Thursday: Biceps/Triceps
Friday: Chest
Saturday: Back/Shoulders
Sunday: OFF
I will try to log the following information each day of the cycle:
Lifts
Strength
Energy
Pump
Feelings on effects
If anyone has any suggestions before this begins let me know and I will accomodate them into the log
I am real excited to begin this tomorrow and hope for some great results...
