Alright guys, sleep has been good, mood has been up and down, been battling instant anxiety for some reason. I will say its amazing how quickly the body copes to thing, just 3 months ago i was going thru a horrible anxiety depression time with no idea on how to control it, now ive got it down to a science, it still hits and it sucks, but im much more capable of relaxing myself and my mind.
Also i am now a single man, its hard, but ive got enough poon chasing me around that it keeps me occupied. Altho i must say, im not worried about it. Ive refound my aggression for the gym and its showing. I kind of have a little "posse" hahaha. Me and one of my good friends kind of host these training sessions for people. Its nice to know were looked up to and me and my friend push eachother which in turn we push these other people so we all better ourselves.
So far so good in the gym though, weight is sitting around 200 lbs, strength goes up each week. Just hit 100s for 8 reps on incline big time PR. I also got 110s up 4 times. Im going for 6 next week.
Hypertrop x is doing its thing as well, hyperpump is awesome but im almost out of it as well as nocturnabol.
