    Good arm day. Wasn't anything stressful where i really needed the VO2. Pumps were good overall today and i finished the superpump250, so i will only be using the VO2 and Wraath for workouts. Recovery has been great so far while taking VO2. As far as the other notes i'm taking, nothing noticeable or to really comment on yet.

    Today sucked, wasn't in the mood to lift at all. Felt sick since friday, not sure if it was taking the 6 caps all at once or if it was the food i ate. Anyways, i felt light headed, hot, and about to puke in the gym. Took a day off of VO2 until i feel better. Probably won't take 6 again, probably 3 before a workotu or 6 split even through the day possibly.

    thanks man, i don't think i caught it though. I think my stomach was too sensitive to the 6 caps and didn't get over it til today.

    Not sick anymore or anything so that's a plus . Only did 3 caps to start over. Today i felt so so, i was huffing and puffing for air but not as bad, but nothing like before where i would breathe heavy for the first working set then be fine the rest. The couple days off threw me off and huffed and buffed mildly through the workout. Finally came home today from school and lifted at The Structure!! The cable machine is a lot lighter than my college so 70/120 was light.

    One of my best days lately on Shoulders. Traps felt great today along with the rest of the shouldaz. A lot better on the endurance and huffing and puffing. Could of done more on the BB Shoulder Press, but no spotter available at the gym oh well. Anyways, the log is over sad to say........................... .JK! I have another bottle . So this log will run a little bit longer .

    Enhanced Recovery (Anaerobic/Aerobic)
    So far the recovery has been great. It has helped me push through my workouts even harder without really getting that tired. It has really helped on Leg day and Back days.

    Increased Strength
    No strength increase so far. I may try to push myself on the next Leg day and evaluate it on squats. Other than that, i've been mostly focusing on form.

    Focus/Stim Free Energy
    I noticed a tad bit of focus and a little bit of energy from the product. But it's nothing noticable, you really have to pay attention to tihs area.

    Health
    Biggest thing about my health was i got nauseaded and light headed from the product when i took 6 caps at a time. Stomach must be too sensitive

    Increased Libido
    Nothing to note of.

    A great workout on the chest. Endurance was great and felt like i didn't even need a rest but the muscles definitely needed the rest inbetween sets. Had a nice deep burn from the Flys. Also, first time i've done Incline BB Press for a looonnnnnnngggg time. Felt really different than the DB's but i liked it a lot. Hittin' those wheels tomorrow gonna really push myself and see how the VO2 works

    Pretty solid workout today. I wanted to do more sets on legs but my legs were beat and fatigued. I felt real good on squats today. I wanted to do them earlier in my workout but people were on the rack, but not too shabby i would say with three exercises before. 315 felt lighter than usual and i think i could of pushed myself for 12 reps, oh well. Also i think i could of set a PR on squats if i had done them earlier too. Anyways, chest is sore from yesterday and my legs definitely felt the workout after i was finished.

    Didn't have that much energy today and not really motivated to lift for some reason. I started a presession class that is 3 hrs long and is 12 days and a whole semester is crammed in that period so i really wanted to do the homework, thus, making me not motivated to lift. Cordygen VO2 worked but the workout was just blah. Tried some new things as in the one arm pulldowns and ez-bar rows, just try'n to mix things up. Legs are sore mostly my quads and some hams.
