About Me:
I'm a college student at Slippery Rock University. I'm majoring in Health and Physical Education. I lifted through sports in high school but I've been lifting seriously since the winter of 2006. Throughout lifting i saw gains in my size and strength and that keeps me motivated.

Day 1: Chest

Day 5: Arms
Day 6/7: Rest

Cardio: A little bit of swimming and running because one of my PE Classes is swimming and running for my personal fitness class.

Today was a great workout. I was pumped because i got to try out the VO2 today. My pumps, energy, focus were good. My recovery was well. Between sets i'm usually huffing and puffing for air, but today i didn't even do that today. My strength was good, as of lately i've been focusing on form rather than weight. I wasn't that tired through the workout but i could feel my muscles couldn't keep up, if you know what i mean. Anyways, the VO2 worked really well with the first dose, more than i thought it would. Did calfs to end the workout. Legs are tomorrow, which lately i have been gasping for air, so we'll see how VO2 stands to the test

Let's see, first off since my title was testing, might as well make my log like grading and all that :D. Okay to the workout, leg day wasn't as bad as it usually is. Usually on leg day i'm always wanting to take a break and catch my breath back, but today i didn't have a problem with that. However, whenever i did lunges, i really wanted to take a little bit longer break. Lunges are killers!!!! Anyways, workout was pretty good today except the lunges part. Calfs are sore from working on them yesterday and some DOMS in the chest

Workout was great today, pumps, focus, energy, and recovery was excellent. I've notice through the couple of workouts that after doing my first working set, i breathe really heavy and a lot, but after that my breathing is normal and doesn't feel like i've done anything. DOMS are crazy in the calfs, a little in the legs and chest. Tomorrow i'm going to up the dosage to 6 caps. Overall, solid workout today

Pumps were great today, i could barely lift them up after lateral db raises. Bumped up the dosage, didn't feel any different then taking 3 caps. Rear delts were sore from back, so i'm debating on doing rear delts on back day. It was a quick lift compared to others, got done with the workout in 35 mins because the gym wasn't packed like it usually is. Recovery was well and still felt like i was fatigue at all. Other notes, middle back and lower lats are sore. I hope soon to do a cardio day with VO2 and see how it goes.

ah that stinks man, pumps were great from the sp250 though, nothing from the VO2 obviously. I may have to do that cause lately i've been hurting from back day

Good arm day. Wasn't anything stressful where i really needed the VO2. Pumps were good overall today and i finished the superpump250, so i will only be using the VO2 and Wraath for workouts. Recovery has been great so far while taking VO2. As far as the other notes i'm taking, nothing noticeable or to really comment on yet.

Today sucked, wasn't in the mood to lift at all. Felt sick since friday, not sure if it was taking the 6 caps all at once or if it was the food i ate. Anyways, i felt light headed, hot, and about to puke in the gym. Took a day off of VO2 until i feel better. Probably won't take 6 again, probably 3 before a workotu or 6 split even through the day possibly.

thanks man, i don't think i caught it though. I think my stomach was too sensitive to the 6 caps and didn't get over it til today.

Not sick anymore or anything so that's a plus :). Only did 3 caps to start over. Today i felt so so, i was huffing and puffing for air but not as bad, but nothing like before where i would breathe heavy for the first working set then be fine the rest. The couple days off threw me off and huffed and buffed mildly through the workout. Finally came home today from school and lifted at The Structure!! The cable machine is a lot lighter than my college so 70/120 was light.

One of my best days lately on Shoulders. Traps felt great today along with the rest of the shouldaz. A lot better on the endurance and huffing and puffing. Could of done more on the BB Shoulder Press, but no spotter available at the gym :( oh well. Anyways, the log is over sad to say............................JK! I have another bottle :p :D. So this log will run a little bit longer :D.

Mid-Term Grade




Enhanced Recovery (Anaerobic/Aerobic)
So far the recovery has been great. It has helped me push through my workouts even harder without really getting that tired. It has really helped on Leg day and Back days.

Increased Strength
No strength increase so far. I may try to push myself on the next Leg day and evaluate it on squats. Other than that, i've been mostly focusing on form.

Focus/Stim Free Energy
I noticed a tad bit of focus and a little bit of energy from the product. But it's nothing noticable, you really have to pay attention to tihs area.

Health
Biggest thing about my health was i got nauseaded and light headed from the product when i took 6 caps at a time. Stomach must be too sensitive :eek:

Increased Libido
Nothing to note of.

A good good Arm day. Nothing to complain about. Arms felt really pumped from not taking any preworkout supplement. Nothing really else to note of from an arm day, just one of those more relaxed kind of lifts
