Epic Pulse Cycle of Epidrol
The deal: starting Monday will be my first cycle, and I'm excited to be able to log this for myself and other uses. Decided on Epidrol due to it's mild shutdown and mild side effects if any. The cycle length will be 6 weeks in duration, with a shortening of cycle pending due to results and sides.
Years Training: 7 (5 seriously)
Goals for this cycle: Bulk up, pretty much gain as much lean body mass as possible.
Training schedule: Since this is a pulse I will be doing a Monday/Wednesday/Friday workout.
Monday: Chest and Back, abs, Calves
Wednesday: Shoulders and Arms, Abs
Friday: Legs, Calves, Abs
Post cycle Support (Taken on off days to help minimize suppression)
Cycle support (chocolate)
Life support (pill version of above)
Taurine Powder (100 gm)
Adam (60 tabs)
Poseidon (450 grams)
Trisorbagen (90 caps)
Liv.52 (Liver Care) (90 tabs)
L-Leucine (500 grams)
Bulk Bcaa (250 grams)
Post cycle Support
Indole-3-Carbinol (I3C) (60 caps)
ZMA (180 caps)
6oxo (Trione - 90caps)
Diet: Will try keep calories about 3500 - 4000 per day. Will be keeping protein through natural sources high, as well as Low GI carbs, and dirty low GI when I'm in a hurry or need extra calories. will keep fat intake moderate as well.
Rep ranges: Will be doing 3 exercises per body group, with 8-12 reps per set, going as heavy as I can really!

started taking my Liv52 3 days ago, and two servings per day, a little late for a pre-load, but thought it might be helpful, also have started loading b-5 at 8-10grams per day to help fend off any outbreaks.
Really excited for this cycle, tomorrow I will weigh in before I take my dosage, and report back with my pre-cycle weight.
Also I have just had my body fat and girth measurements taken as of today, so they are as up to date as they can get, and they were done thoroughly by a lecturer at my university, so as far as accuracy goes, this is as good as it gets for free.

Taken with food 40 min pre workout.
Shoulders and Arms:
Strength:normal/ up slightly
Overall Energy:up slightly
Personal Commentary:Well due to how excited I was, some of the results may be placebo. Main thing I noticed was a increase in energy, half way through my workout I still felt eager to do more. May have been placebo. I noticed as well a huge increase in pump, may be due to the increase in water I am having due to being on orals, but every exercise I did, right from the get go, got me pumped! This was one of the most extreme pumps I've had, hope this continues.

So far so good, nothing much to mention other than no DOMS from yesterdays killer workout. No sides.

Taken with food 1hour pre workout.
Legs and abs:
Strength:normal/ up slightly
Overall Energy:up slightly
Personal Commentary: Great strength today, got my ATG squats up nicely, and always thrashed my calves, got cramps in the higher rep stuff, took 1.5g taurine, might have to up that. Really great pump in the quads, almost painful.Good workout, next one will bump to 30mgs, that should rock!

Day 2 of off day (4 Post Cycle Support, 2 scoops Cycle Support)
Also have been dosing 10mgs b5 per day over 4 doses.
Not much to mention, libido has been up the past few days, annoyingly so sometimes... and today noticed a alpha male mentality coming in... as well as slight roid rage when I was hungry, in fact my appetite is up somewhat.
so far so good though, no real sides apart from libido and increased hunger. Which are both welcomed

Day 3 of off days (4 Post cycle Support, 2 scoops Cycle Support)
Public holiday here, so gym was closed, much to my annoyance, so have to take today off, and take the 30mgs of Epi tomorrow for chest and back, which will be an epic workout I'm hoping. Will be my first time taking 30, so should be nice, hopefully a brutal pump and some nice strength gains.
Post Cycle Support has been good on the off days, libido is sky high, like way high, and the alpha male mentality is really on now. i see what people mean when they feel 'on'.
Calves are in pain from the other days leg workout, hope they have recovered by tomorrow as I'd like to blast them again with chest and back and bring them up to standard while on cycle.
I am noticing that while taking Cycle Support my stomach becomes a bit runny, if you know what I mean, I have been taking it with small meals.. should I take it with more carbohydrates or what?? I usually mix it in with a protein shake... any advise?
Otherwise, it's all going to plan so far, no sides to speak of, just increased hunger, slightly angrier, and libido up.

im on board man. ill be running a similar pulse but with propadrol on "on" days. and psarm/formadrol for pct....i think. ive got plenty of time to research so we'll see.
what all cycles have you run prior? and have you ever run any type of epi?

Chest, Back and Abs
Bodyweight/Body Comp:Leaning out
Personal Commentary: Started with chest, and really didn't notice much of a strength increase, but may have been due to a poor warm up, as the workout went on the strength increases were evident, especially on back, where I was able to set a new PR on seated row and complete 5 sets of it.. which is crazy! Pump was huge, and biceps felt like they were going to pop, forearms were pumped as hell to.

i think this cycle was really well planned out. I like it but i must say you might want to leave the last weeks open for bumping of the epi doses. Im very curious on your results turn out.
