The deal: starting Monday will be my first cycle, and I'm excited to be able to log this for myself and other uses. Decided on Epidrol due to it's mild shutdown and mild side effects if any. The cycle length will be 6 weeks in duration, with a shortening of cycle pending due to results and sides.

Years Training: 7 (5 seriously)
Goals for this cycle: Bulk up, pretty much gain as much lean body mass as possible.
Training schedule: Since this is a pulse I will be doing a Monday/Wednesday/Friday workout.

Routine:
Monday: Chest and Back, abs, Calves
Wednesday: Shoulders and Arms, Abs
Friday: Legs, Calves, Abs

Post cycle Support (Taken on off days to help minimize suppression)

Diet: Will try keep calories about 3500 - 4000 per day. Will be keeping protein through natural sources high, as well as Low GI carbs, and dirty low GI when I'm in a hurry or need extra calories. will keep fat intake moderate as well.

Rep ranges: Will be doing 3 exercises per body group, with 8-12 reps per set, going as heavy as I can really!

Update:

started taking my Liv52 3 days ago, and two servings per day, a little late for a pre-load, but thought it might be helpful, also have started loading b-5 at 8-10grams per day to help fend off any outbreaks.

Really excited for this cycle, tomorrow I will weigh in before I take my dosage, and report back with my pre-cycle weight.

Also I have just had my body fat and girth measurements taken as of today, so they are as up to date as they can get, and they were done thoroughly by a lecturer at my university, so as far as accuracy goes, this is as good as it gets for free.

I will repost the details below:

Personal Commentary:Well due to how excited I was, some of the results may be placebo. Main thing I noticed was a increase in energy, half way through my workout I still felt eager to do more. May have been placebo. I noticed as well a huge increase in pump, may be due to the increase in water I am having due to being on orals, but every exercise I did, right from the get go, got me pumped! This was one of the most extreme pumps I've had, hope this continues.

You know it mate! Can't wait to try 20mgs tomorrow and push some big ass weights.

Today:

1 dose of PCS in the morning with food.
1 dose Life Support.
1 serving Poseidon (got he flush)
2.5grams of b-5

So far so good, nothing much to mention other than no DOMS from yesterdays killer workout. No sides.

Personal Commentary: Great strength today, got my ATG squats up nicely, and always thrashed my calves, got cramps in the higher rep stuff, took 1.5g taurine, might have to up that. Really great pump in the quads, almost painful.Good workout, next one will bump to 30mgs, that should rock!

Day 2 of off day (4 Post Cycle Support, 2 scoops Cycle Support)
Also have been dosing 10mgs b5 per day over 4 doses.

Not much to mention, libido has been up the past few days, annoyingly so sometimes... and today noticed a alpha male mentality coming in... as well as slight roid rage when I was hungry, in fact my appetite is up somewhat.

so far so good though, no real sides apart from libido and increased hunger. Which are both welcomed :)

Day 3 of off days (4 Post cycle Support, 2 scoops Cycle Support)

Public holiday here, so gym was closed, much to my annoyance, so have to take today off, and take the 30mgs of Epi tomorrow for chest and back, which will be an epic workout I'm hoping. Will be my first time taking 30, so should be nice, hopefully a brutal pump and some nice strength gains.

Post Cycle Support has been good on the off days, libido is sky high, like way high, and the alpha male mentality is really on now. i see what people mean when they feel 'on'.

Calves are in pain from the other days leg workout, hope they have recovered by tomorrow as I'd like to blast them again with chest and back and bring them up to standard while on cycle.

I am noticing that while taking Cycle Support my stomach becomes a bit runny, if you know what I mean, I have been taking it with small meals.. should I take it with more carbohydrates or what?? I usually mix it in with a protein shake... any advise?

Otherwise, it's all going to plan so far, no sides to speak of, just increased hunger, slightly angrier, and libido up.

what all cycles have you run prior? and have you ever run any type of epi?

Personal Commentary: Started with chest, and really didn't notice much of a strength increase, but may have been due to a poor warm up, as the workout went on the strength increases were evident, especially on back, where I was able to set a new PR on seated row and complete 5 sets of it.. which is crazy! Pump was huge, and biceps felt like they were going to pop, forearms were pumped as hell to.

This is my first real cycle, so I'm learning as I go really, so far so good, but it's only the end of week1.

I am thinking you will need to bmp your doses as well. I am interested to se how the trisorbagen affects the potency and effect. Who knows you might not need to bump dose but probably will. this is a average dose for a regular cycle and low for a pulse. Have a good time with this one!

Hey man :) thanks for the comment, it was a long process of research and writing up the plan a million times getting it right. I agreed on maybe bumping the dosages up, this week I will stay at 30mgs, as I only did 30 once last week, and see how 30 treats me, then week 3 I may bump it to 40mgs and see how my body reacts to it.

I am still deliberating over how to take my 30mgs... 20 pre and 10 post or the whole 30 pre??? Any comments?

Take the larger dose pre.

what time of your day do you workout?

I work out about and hour and a half after I wake up, so wake, take my stuff, then shower and head to the gym, second dose is then taken about 2 hours later, around lunch time, so it's far away from evening, thus reducing any suppression.

Yeah I think I've got this thing sorted :p
Will try 30mgs again tomorrow for arms and shoulders, should get a nice skin busting pump I hope, and might be able to knock over some PR's.

Personal Commentary: Crazy Bicep pump, even painful, pretty much skin bursting!! Pump was amazing, so happy with that, strength on shoulders and biceps wasn't great, but endurance was up, tricep strength was where I really noticed it! Got a new tricep bar push down PR.

quick update: Weighed in today, and scale read 88.9, which is 1.2kg's heavier than last week, which is quite a jump. So that's great news (that's 2.6lbs for you Americans)

Personal Commentary: Well legs is always a good test of strength, and I think the Epi is starting to kick in now. Recovery is amazing, 30seconds after a set and I'm ready to go, have to make myself chill out, aggression was high as hell today in the gym, tore the squats apart. Abs went really well as well, endurance was great and getting some crazy numbers for crunches, will have to start adding some weight to my crunches again. Still look leaner, but fuller at the same time. Quad pump was unreal, forgot to take my taurine.. so calves got quite pumped/ sore, wasn't to bad, but will pay to remember next time.

Cant wait to weigh myself next week, hoping for another 2 or so pounds with good eating :) May start taking my 30mgs all pre and see what happens, if no change in strength, might bump to 40mgs per day, either 20/20 split or 30/10.. any ideas on how to split the 40mgs Epi?

yeah thinking maybe a 30/10 split.... then at least I have a big dose pre and another smaller dose later to keep blood levels for a bit longer.

Personal Commentary:Took 30mgs pre hoping for a big strength boost, didn't happen, might have to do it for a few days to notice the difference.?? Got a massive pump though... might have to up the taurine cause my biceps were almost to pumped doing back as it was restricting me. Back was still strong, and did my PR again, which was nice, so strength is going up on some parts, and not on others..

might bump to 40mgs next week... i'll see what my weight does before then and access it.

Quick update: took 10mgs post training as well, decided it was time to give 40mgs a go... we shall see how that plays out... ;).. one thing is man I just cannot eat enough... soooo hungry!!

Personal Commentary: Feeling good, even on the off days. Although my aggressiveness is less on the days where I dont take my Epi. Hunger is still up, which is good, and i am noticing my ab coming though nicely now, even with my eating being more than usual. Mood is good, and no sides to speak of as yet.

I will continue this week at 40mgs and see how things go, should be noticing some nice strength gain around now, especially since I have upped the dosage. Will weigh myself tomorrow night as well and see where I stand.
