Hey hman85, I believe you might enjoy a stack of MMV2 with superdrol bro. That should be a wicked stack IMO!! A strong anabolic coupled with a strong androgenic= strength and size. No gym today I am goign to skip legs today and do them tomorrow. I plan doing some cardio today later.

I wish I could get motivated to do cardio more easily. I just can't anymore having burned out the cardio motivational cells over the last year of loosing fat

I think its that my only free time to workout or do cardio is first thing in the morning, and its even harder to get motivated for cardio then. Maybe i'll try and sneak in 1/2 hour in the evenings just to get out of the house

I do all of my training very early in the morning. Cardio and weights. It gets it out of the way. Then I got the rest of my day to do what I either need to do, or want to do. THE THUNDERGOD

I think i'm gonna start popping rpm mornings, see if it helps. i've been avoiding it cause of fatburner useage, but I think the cardio will help more than a fatburner

feeling very lazy today and I had a little bit of a sore throat this morning Not to happy about that. I think I am going to take today off as well maybe some light cardio not sure yet.

Still feeling not up to par today. Slept till like 1:30 today(I am such a lazy ass) Not sure if i feel up to the gym today might just wait a day and see not sure yet. haven't had the urge to eat much either. I have been getting in 4-5 meals instead of my usual 6-7 meals. Hopefully i feel better tomorrow and can get back on track.

so since the rest of the mmv2ers are here. I've been dosing @ 5 caps a day, enjoying it, getting nice recomping/hardening effects, some fat loss. I've got a bottle of 3ad now, what do you think of 15 days @ 6 caps a day of that to finish off my cycle? and maybe bump up to a ckd style lean bulk

Well guys I am still sick but I can't stand not going to the gym any longer I am not as sick as the last 2 days, i just still have a sore throat and don't feel 100%. I can't take it though. I can't do any cardio or anything high intensity but I have to go do something. I might even just lift some weights at the house or go to the gym and do a slower paced less intense workout . What does everyone think about this?

Sorry for the lack of updates I have been extremely busy. I had a wild weekend maybe a little to wild. Woke up yesterday and was in some serious pain in my neck and lower back. Lets just say saturday night i got in way too much bed cardio. When I woke up(and kicked her out lol) My back and neck was in so much pain(knotted and tense like steel rods). I think I am going to take today off from the gym and resume tomorrow due to the neck pain(which feels somewhat better today) and I have a huge paper due tomorrow at 3 that I have yet to start.

Well guys I am going back to the gym today should be a great workout, chest and tris. I had the most boring class today, I hate history So i am going to take my aggression out on that iron. I will update when i get back.

Today was a amazing workout for being out and sick for almost a week. my weight is down to 173 today and i am looking lean as hell.
db flat bench 65/12 75/10 85/8 95/6
db incline 65/12 / 12/ 12
incline flies 25/ 15/ 15/ 12
Chest press machine 125/ 20 /20 /20
Tri machine 3 sets
kick backs 20/12 25/10 20/10
Insane pump then i ran for 10 minutes. I didn't have a water and i can't run without water. I have a drymouth disease or something lol
I only have 3 days left with the mmv2
