First attempt at logging, so here goes.....

1 MFXMS, 1 HD2, 1 Pro Anabol upon waking...
2 MFXMS, 1 HD2 Pre Workout
1 MFXMS, 2 HD2, 1 Pro Anabol before sleep...
(Days of early moring WO will just up first dosing to 2 MFXMS)
Supporting cast.... Liquid Fish Oil, Dymatize Z Force (pre bed), Vanadyl PH, bulk BCAA's pre and perhaps during Workout, bulk Leucine, L-Carnitine pre WO, Whey and pre bed Casein, Hubaton Milk Thistle in a Sea Buckthorn base, Saw Palmetto, Pre Workout SAN Fierce or WTF Pump'd, Hawthorn Berry, Phytoberry (morning shake)

Diet...
Haven't worked out total calories nor macros...
But eating clean...like a horse...will document meal plans once I settle into a shift schedule ( will be working graveyard shift... 2 five night shifts a month with regular days thrown in as well starting next week )
Will mess with dosing and steady sleep pattern but I shall adapt and overcome!
