    Here you go Twitch...

Lanbane: Ok... Let's see..... we'll begin by assessing tolerance:
Let's start off with 1 Neovar and 2 RPM about 45 minutes prior to each cardio session, on an empty stomach, or as close to one as possible.
45 minutes prior to weight training sessions, 1 Neovar w/ 3 RPM... again on as close to an empty stomach as possible.

In addition to the above recommendations, use 3 caps of Neovar post workout... prior to your recovery meal. Include a decent amount of carbs at this meal.
Your week includes a heck of a lot more cardio than most.... so let's start with this and see how it feels. We may include additional dosing, and/or increase current doses depending on how it feels for ya. Any questions, hollatcha boy.

EDIT: I've increased to 3 RPM preworkout

    3 Neo PostCardio (with carbs)
3 RPM/1 Neo PreWO (emoty stomach)
    3 Neo PostWO (with carbs)

I think its awesome man. I really feel the boost when I take my RPM, and the Neovar is REALLY helping with recovery. I'm destroying my buddies in the gym and they all want this combo. I really think I have found a new staple stack. I look bigger after only a few days (no joke) I really think the Neovar is starting to take effect.

I've been trying to get my camera back from my sister, but she's being a pain about it. I'll post as soon as I get it back. And as for my cell phone, at 21 years old I have yet to own a camera phone believe it or not. All my Nextel phone does is work like a walkie-talkie.

    Day 5

I'm officially tired. Today was exhausting and if I hadn't had my RPM I probably would have been worthless. RPM is a really awesome supp by the way. I kicked the dosage up to 3 caps 45min preworkout and had some awesome energy while in the gym. I think thats why I'm so tired - for going crazy in the gym! Today was back/shoulders day and my shoulders are nice and sore. Anyone else really like shrugs? For some reason I really like doing them.

I finally got a day alone at the gym (no buddies) so I got to fully focus on myself, which was nice. I also got to go shopping today too, so it was a nice diet day. Lots o' tuna and turkey. I can't seem to get enough tuna lately, I love it!

Oh and for all who were worried about it so severely, I was only able to get just over 2 gallons of water today. I was in school for a lot longer than usual (tests - woohoo) so I didn't get to hit the water fountain and refill as much as I would have liked

Like I mentioned above to Twitch, I'm starting to feel fuller. I'm not sure if this is the Neovar since I've only been on it for such a short time, but I never felt this full while on Kre-Alkalyn so who knows. My arms and legs feel a lot harder too which is quite enjoyable. I'm going to weigh myself in 2 days and see how much I've lost here during the first week (usually the best loss/water loss for me)

    Diet:
    40/40/20 at 1955 cals
Tuna, turkey, fat free cottage cheese, ww bread, veggies
    Water Intake:
Barely over 2 gallons (I'm gonna live!!!)
    Exercises:
    Warm ups/Stretches
Shrugs, Military Presses, Deads, Incline rows, Lat pull-downs, DB rows.
    30 Minute treadmill (5mph)

Like said earlier, I'm pretty tired, and it may just be the RPM wearing off, but I'm ready for Saturday to get here! Tomorrow is ye old cardio day, and I wanna see how the upped dosage of RPM affects my run.

Eat your tuna and be happy my children!

I had some regular cc a few weeks ago, and because I'm so used to ffcc, it tasted really strange/sweet to me. I guess I've grown accustomed to bland flavors.

    Day 6

Cardio Day (is your toilet running??)

Well today I thought I'd switch it up and go running in my toilet costume, but some a-hole decided to tackle me mid-session so now I'm just a plain old pissed off running toilet.

    Just joking kiddos!

Today was amazing. I wasn't near as sore as I thought I would be after yesterday. I think the Neovar is really helping a TON with recovery. While my shoulders were a bit stiff at the beginning, they got much looser towards the middle of my session. I actually went running outside this afternoon due to the nice weather we had before the storm rolled in.

I popped 3 RPM's and then about an hour later I hit the greenway (my city's long park/walking way) and ran the whole think which is about 5 miles from start, end, then back to start. I really like running outside when I can (or when the knees allow it) but the RPM gave me some great energy the whole time. I definitely think the extra RPM cap made the difference in having energy for the whole session.

This week has been an awesome week for exercise, and has definitely solidified my faith in this stack (so graciously provided by the dudes at AM) and I really am considering stocking up on both products before I'm gone to Alaska for the summer. They are truly effect products, with VISIBLE results in the matter of a week.

    Diet
    35/45/20 split at 2000 cals
TUNA!!!! Turkey, WW Bread, Cottage Cheese, Salad, Cashews, Shake
    Water Intake
    2.5 gallons
    Exercises
Stretches (especially in the arm/chest regions) crunches, jump rope
    Cardio (Around 5 miles)
Cooled down with some jogging and stretching.

I'm definitely gonna keep the 3 RPM preworkout/cardio for now. I think it was the right amount I needed to get a full flow of energy going for the entire session.
