REASON FOR SUPPLEMENTATION:
DCP/LEVI-R have been touted as being one of the most effective fat-loss combinations out there. I'm going to be using this combo, on a diet that is designed to induce ketosis. With DCP's abililty to release fat and Leviathan Reloaded's ability to burn it, I should be good to go.
Training Style
I am going to be using the Tri-phase system developed by Derek Charlebois of Scivation. It is a 9 week plan, comprised of 3 mini cycles.

For the first 30 days of this log, I am going to kick start my weight loss with a 28 day modified psmf diet. This is more commonly known by the nickname "The Velocity Diet."
On non-workout days, I will be ingesting approximately: 1400 cal.
On workout days, I will be ingesting approximately: 1700 cal.
For now, the diet is as follows:
5 Shakes every day, each spaced 3 hours apart.
Shake 1: 55 Grams Whey/Casein Blend | 3 Grams Benefiber| 7 Grams Udo's Oil Blend
