I used 1 scoop of PurplE WrAAth today IntraWorkout/ 1 scoop of GlycerGrow added. I mixed it with 1.2 litters of water (reason why I rated taste low). It was very watered down, but still tasted good just not over powering. I will mix 2 scoops next time or use less water. Soon I will not take any stims preworkout to make sure I feel PurplE WrAAths Ergogenic effects. I felt great working out, but it might have just been the RPM

Today I had a good workout! I went as heavy as I could on deadlifts, but my Strength has not returned fully. I had better endurance and strength today, then I did on Monday(Legs) or Tuesday (Chest). Since I was out with the Flu I expected a drop, but it is coming back!

Taste: was better than before, but still alittle weak. I still enjoyed it! Tasted like a weaker verison of the newly flavored White Flood. I dont really like a real sweet/strong drink while I workout. So it is flavored perfectly for me!


Today I had to wake up early for work, and I didnt get to sleep untill late (house was noisy). So I was draging ass for most of the day. Surpisingly it didnt affect my workout much at all. I decided only to use 1 scoop of PW for my Arm workout (will use 2 for harder workouts). Workout went smoothly! I do have some soreness, but considering I havent hit my arms in 2+ weeks I expected it. Endurance was great considering the amount of sleep I got.

My focus and intensity was great during training.

I had a decent workout! My numbers are down alittle bit but they will go up. My legs are not sore from yesterdays workout, but today I accidentally droped a 25lb plate on my foot while I was unloading the bench. My foot is pretty swolen, but I can walk/run on it so I'm good!

I had an off day today! I wasnt able to pull much weight. I gave up on Deads after I felt a slight pull in my lower back, but I cont. my workout. Other than that my purple wraath tasted real good. The reason I didn't give a rating for Endurance, was because I did low reps (4-6 range).

I was very weak today! My triceps have gotten very weak! I havent trained they heavy in about 3 weeks. Overall I was dissapointed. I only got ~ 1 set of calves in before I left. I need to get my head on right!!:dl:

I want to aplogize for my lack of updates! I just started Spring Quarter, and this is going to be one of my hardest quarters yet. I have started taking classes for my major (medical Lab tech). So this has put my training in the evenings when the gym is packed, so I haven't gotten many good workouts in this week. Next week I plan on going to a gym that will be less crowded. From next week on I plan keeping a better log.

Last week I took the week off to rest, but I still did LI Cardio.

This Week I have had really good workouts. My strength was up, but I didnt have any PR's. Recovery has been great, while using Purple Wraath intraworkout. This week I finished up the purple wraath, and I will put my my final review soon.

Purple Wraath (Purple Lemonade) Final review

Thanks once again controlled labs for allowing me to review your product.

Taste: The first time I tasted purple wraath it was from a sample pack that I received. It tasted aweful I had to chug it fast. I must of had a version 1 grape sample. The newest flavor Purple Lemonade is far more enjoyable to drink. I have been mixing 1-2 scoops in about 1-1.2 litters of cold water sipping through out my workouts. I would have to give thier lemonade flavor 8/10. For me it had pretty good lemonade flavor considering it was masking some nasty tasting EAA's. It was sweet and refreshing I never got tired of the flavor.


Purple Wraath vs. Xtend: Before I started using Purple Wraath I would take 3-4 scoops of Xtend (usually Lemonade or Grape Flavor) intraworkout. I noticed increased endurance while using purple Wraath compared to Xtend. Taste wise I like Xtend lemonade better, but purple wraath makes up for it with added Beta Alanine among other ingredients found in purple wraath.

Results: I definitely was recovering very well from training (I was also eating alittle above maintance). I always stayed well hydrated during training and I didn't fatigue quite as fast.

At the start of my log I weighed 184lbs at the end I weighed 189lbs. My strength increased significantly on most of my core lifts.

I give Purple Wraath (purple lemonade) 9/10. It is definitely a staple supplement. I wll always be sipping on BCAA or EAA intraworkout, and I look foreward to using this product again in the future.
