Preworkout - 3RPM + 1 scoop GreenMag + 2 scoops GlycerGrow I used 1 scoop of PurplE WrAAth today IntraWorkout/ 1 scoop of GlycerGrow added. I mixed it with 1.2 litters of water (reason why I rated taste low). It was very watered down, but still tasted good just not over powering. I will mix 2 scoops next time or use less water. Soon I will not take any stims preworkout to make sure I feel PurplE WrAAths Ergogenic effects. I felt great working out, but it might have just been the RPM Today I had a good workout! I went as heavy as I could on deadlifts, but my Strength has not returned fully. I had better endurance and strength today, then I did on Monday(Legs) or Tuesday (Chest). Since I was out with the Flu I expected a drop, but it is coming back! |

Tasted like a weaker verison of the newly flavored White Flood. I dont really like a real sweet/strong drink while I workout. So it is flavored perfectly for me! Today I had to wake up early for work, and I didnt get to sleep untill late (house was noisy). So I was draging ass for most of the day. Surpisingly it didnt affect my workout much at all. I decided only to use 1 scoop of PW for my Arm workout (will use 2 for harder workouts). Workout went smoothly! I do have some soreness, but considering I havent hit my arms in 2+ weeks I expected it. Endurance was great considering the amount of sleep I got. My focus and intensity was great during training. |

I used ~32oz of cold water, and it was very refreshing! still alittle weak. I had a great workout! felt awesome to lift some heavy weight (for me at least). |

My numbers are down alittle bit but they will go up. My legs are not sore from yesterdays workout, but today I accidentally droped a 25lb plate on my foot while I was unloading the bench. My foot is pretty swolen, but I can walk/run on it so I'm good! |

I gave up on Deads after I felt a slight pull in my lower back, but I cont. my workout. Other than that my purple wraath tasted real good. The reason I didn't give a rating for Endurance, was because I did low reps (4-6 range). |

| Registered User | Day 7-10 I want to aplogize for my lack of updates! I just started Spring Quarter, and this is going to be one of my hardest quarters yet. I have started taking classes for my major (medical Lab tech). So this has put my training in the evenings when the gym is packed, so I haven't gotten many good workouts in this week. Next week I plan on going to a gym that will be less crowded. From next week on I plan keeping a better log. Thanks |
