    Thanks to Controlled labs for making this happen.

    Here's a lil overview
    ~Currently train Dc style three days per week.
    ~Get in some form of cardio in everyday
    ~Protein is 400 grams per day(or close to it)
    ~Sleep is good
    ~I go by most natural bodybuilding federation's rules(No hormonial stuff like Ph's , test boosters AI's, anything like like)

    This is what I expect from Purple Wrath Lemonade
    keeping your body in a constant anabolic state and keeping you training hard with its added super endurance complex.

    * Increase athletic performance, endurance, focus, stamina, and muscle recovery
    * Explosive strength, power, and energy
    * Increase or maintain muscle mass whether cutting or bulking
    *Maximizing lean gains and fat loss while enhancing recovery and increasing strength, endurance, and energy.

    All of the indredients are known to work. The Purple Eaa complex.7,000mgs
    and the
    PurplEndurance Complex 2,700 mgs.

    I'll be dosing twice everyday. Right now I'm about to take my first dose and go to the Gym.

    Super wide grip(the farthest grip ) Low incline smythe press 225-6-2--1=9
    Chest stretch 45lbs-1:00

    Front Smythe shoulder press. 185-3-2-1=6 than a *static hold*
    Shoulder Stretch 1:30

    Dumb bell Pull overs(tricep exercise) 70-6-5-6=17
    tricep 1:00

    Behind the back rack chins 40lbs-9-3-2=14
    Back width stretch (45 attached) 30 seconds

    Sumo rack deads 275-10, 316-6 (easy)
    Back width stretch 1:10

    Good luck Smeaton. I tried PW back in the day and thought it tasted horrendous and never considered purchasing. If the taste is improved I may have to give it another go. Curious to see how this goes.

    Today took Purple wrath pre-training-which is astounding because if I didn't have this I would have had to eat another meal or drink another protein shake. its a great pre-training way to boost amino acids, also with the citrate mallate and betaine. This is unordinarily useful!

    Yes, most definately. Ive been doing it wrong adding advanced stufff when I started intill i got the Dvd and learned that when starting out following the basic program with no tweaking is best for a newbie .Its a lot more intensity than any program I've ever used. I did use max-ot for three-four years and make some nice strength and size gains on this-great program.

    30 mins low intensity cardio on 15 incline today-and of course two servings of Purple wrath. Did these after training

    Thursday and Saturday did cardio. Took friday off because I felt it would do me good and was going to go sat ; gym was closed.

    Today I got very winded from doing the smythe half squats; it took a lot out of me.

    On Purple Wrath lemonade..I'm now used to the taste. It is by far the best amino acid mixture(with awesome ingredients btw) than any bcaa product i have taking. i used to take ON bcaa's back in the day and man this stuff blows it away. I want to compare Sci-vi's extend to this and I must say Ill pick a product that has solid ingredients I believe in over taste. This product has both of these.

    Today I switched to Incline Db from incline Bb because the I didn't like the way the incline bb is set up and theres no way of adjusting it.

    I am stroked that since last time my rack deads have gone from 295-10x'sa to 305-15x's and 335-8 x's to 365-4x's.

    I feel Purple Wrath has added a lot to my arsonal. strength and recovery.The cause of strength and recovery is obvious the high amount of Bcaa's, beta alanine, citrate mallate(atp correct?)to me As of now I don't notice the endurance as claimed.although, Im not doing cardio everyday because I do get physical activity besides cardio.

    *strength keeps increasing and I'm feeling recovered* thanks to the purple wrath seems to have me recovering faster than usual. Somedays I take three or four servings if I really can benefit from it, which have been once in a blue moon so far. Most days I'm at two servings per day.

    Today had to go to another gym because my gym closed early so its not even worth noting because this gym had different equipment. Next time, I know to make sure I get to my home gym on time or Ill have to go though different equipment, which isn't useful in getting stronger.

    Strength is up(basically every time) The Purple Wrath is awesome. I like the taste. i just drank some after my salmon and kale meal with olive oil and makes that taste taste better. Its refreshing.

    Final review:

    Taste 10/10. So far this is the best tasing bcaa powder i have ever tryed(its the best tasing supplement Ive ever tryed) Great job with the taste.

    Effective: 10/10 all the compounds ion this are backed by research and I believe in them . and This aided me in strength and size gains. I'm going to miss this supplement and Purple Wrath Lemonade is on my list to buy if I cannot find a better taste for the price. I think the cillratine mallate has helped my strength out , along with the bcaa's I dont know much about the science behind niacan and b3. I know the beta alanine helped . The ginger helped a lot with digestion. one night I got up in the middle of the night and ate a bunch of cheese, felt a sharp pain in stomach. Fell back alseep woke up again took one or two scoops and it soothed my stomach and I feel back to sleep.

    Convenience: 10/10 when i couldnt get a full meal because of the fast life sometimes I just could take this and keep my anabolic motions going.
