  1. Yesterday I did martial arts and Played two games of 21(basketball) for cardio.

    Today

    Natural Drag Curls 2(35) 10-6-7=23 *
    Bicep stretch 1:00

    reverse one arm cable curl 20lbs-25
    Forearm stretch 0:68

    Seated calves 35-12

    Heel press 4 (45s) and 2(25's) on each side=16`
    Ham stretch 1:00

    Zane leg press 5 plates(per side)-15, 7 plates-5
    Quad stretch 1:00

    *strength keeps increasing and I'm feeling recovered* thanks to the purple wrath seems to have me recovering faster than usual. Somedays I take three or four servings if I really can benefit from it, which have been once in a blue moon so far. Most days I'm at two servings per day.

  2. Today had to go to another gym because my gym closed early so its not even worth noting because this gym had different equipment. Next time, I know to make sure I get to my home gym on time or Ill have to go though different equipment, which isn't useful in getting stronger.

  3. Over the weekend got one day of outside cardio, just walking though nature and the neighborhood.

    seated Db curls 65lbs-7-3-3=13 *(30lbs)-0:30 secs)
    bicep stretch 1:15

    Pinwheel curls 40lbs-20
    forearm stetch 1:09

    Standing Calve 140-12*ouch*

    Seated leg curl 160lbs-10-5-4=19
    Hamstring stretch 1:10

    Half Smythe Squats 375-10, 405-7(went down , couldnt get back up)Quad stretch 1:00)

    Can't complain. Strength has gone up

  4. Strength is up(basically every time) The Purple Wrath is awesome. I like the taste. i just drank some after my salmon and kale meal with olive oil and makes that taste taste better. Its refreshing.

    Final review:

    Taste 10/10. So far this is the best tasing bcaa powder i have ever tryed(its the best tasing supplement Ive ever tryed) Great job with the taste.

    Effective: 10/10 all the compounds ion this are backed by research and I believe in them . and This aided me in strength and size gains. I'm going to miss this supplement and Purple Wrath Lemonade is on my list to buy if I cannot find a better taste for the price. I think the cillratine mallate has helped my strength out , along with the bcaa's I dont know much about the science behind niacan and b3. I know the beta alanine helped . The ginger helped a lot with digestion. one night I got up in the middle of the night and ate a bunch of cheese, felt a sharp pain in stomach. Fell back alseep woke up again took one or two scoops and it soothed my stomach and I feel back to sleep.

    Convenience: 10/10 when i couldnt get a full meal because of the fast life sometimes I just could take this and keep my anabolic motions going.
