My Epistane Log.....first ever for me....

I am going to run an Epistane cycle, and this will be my first time ever running a log, so bear with me as logging is new to me. First off, I will be running a 5 week cycle going 40,40,50,50,60.....My beginning stats are: Starting Date: 3/17/08

Height 6'5"
weight 256
age 33
bf% 18-21%- mostly midsection area

bench 335 for 6 reps on 5th set
squats- dont go heavy yet....350 for 10
dead lift 6th set 365 for 6

Hate squats and deadlifts do to bad back but I suffer through it.

Of course I have all my support supps in place, also take either syntha 6 or muscle protein(beverly international). NO Explode, and animal pump.

If there is anything that I may have forgotten feel free to chime in and let me know what I am missing.
 
Interested to see what epi can do for someone your size. What's lined up for PCT? What's your previous PH, DS experience? What are your goals? If you have a bad back alrerady add Taurine to your support supps, stay very hydrated and keep potassium up to fight back pumps. They can destroy a workout in a hurry. I love syntha 6: tastes like a milkshake. I sometimes wonder if there is more sugar in there then the bottle says. I don't trust BSN after the whole CEM debockle.
 
should be a fun cycle.....I have ran a trenadrol-propadrol cycle. I have nolva, post cycle support, I may need more than that but my pct knowledge is a little lacking.......my goals are to add some size and strength without getting to heavy....I am also taking extra milk thistle, red yeast rice, saw palmetto along with that. thanks for the taurine tip.....guess I will have to pick that up as well.

I have prop left from my tren prop cycle..enough to run through this cycle, but I really would like to do just the epistane solo to see what happens....
 
Okay yesterday was an off day for the lifting end, so here is what is going on today.....

6am-10mg epi
52g protein shake
1 cinnamin raisin bagel
Also had multi-vitamin, extra vitamin C

9am 40g protein shake
poptart
called into work so didnt get to eat my usually breakfast

12 noon 8oz chicken breast sandwhich
veggies-raw broccoli, cauliflower,peppers,carrots,celery
10mg Epi
Also took vitamin b complex, L-cartinine, L-arginine tablet

3pm going to have 20g protein shake
1 apple and sunflower seeds

530pm will take 20mg Epi
One animal pump pack

615 pm No xplode....leaving work and will be going to the gym to do legs.....will update on Wed as to how leg day went.....and I know that I haven't got enough actually food in today, but I was caught off guard and didn't have time to prepare my meals for the day......also carb intake is very low, will get a nice complex carb after workout....
 
For me its just a personal preference....I never lift without taking it, may be mental but its part of my routine and I don't like to mess with it.
 
Leg workout went great, went to 400 lbs for 5 reps on 5th set squats, then went to leg presses and 6th set was 800 lbs for 8 reps.
