    Myoplex protein shakes.
42g of Protein and 300 calories (not bad).

I bought the 4-pack at walmart for ~$11. Somewhat pricey, but I wanted to try them. I was gonna take one to school with me every wednesday after I lifted. However, I drank all of them within 4 days. They tasted amazing! I was shocked at how delicous these were. When I'm busy during the summer, I will deff. be taking these with me when I'm on the go, regardless of the price. Well worth it in my opinion.

If you have some spare change lying around, go buy some at walley world, and enjoy!

they sell them at the gym. Try blending myoplex with like a gatorade drink . I used to do that back in the day after a work out.

For some reason, that sounds nasty. But then again, so do lots of good tasting foods.

Ive never enjoyed mixing protein with anything else besides milk.

Yea and the actual MRP's aren't compareable to what you get in the RTD's. Man was I pissed about that 42pack

I picked some of these up @ walmart before and was really suprised at how good they were. I also get the detour peanut butter protein bars for $5.95 a six pack. Very good tastes like reese's peanut butter cups IMO.

I cant take the taste of some of the bars out there. Taste like butt. Since I seem to have a problem with WPC, I just buy straight WPI and mix it as I like .

Im tempted to make a strawberry/kiwi milkshake with the syntrax powder I got. :]

    Strawberry/kiwi would be the sheeit.

As far as the bars goo. There are only two flavors I can take and actually enjoy. Detour Peanut Butter and Pure Protein Smores. I am with you all the way on the others. The other ones that taste decent are loaded with sugar(not for me).

Can you define MRP and RTD for me?

I've never understood those for some reason.

    RTD is "ready to drink"

MRP is "meal replacement powder", although sometimes it just refers to "meal replacement"
