Forgot to mention that I'm coming off a month of IDS's 17-hydroxy-mesterone. Which didn't produce much as far as mass and strength goes, but it did make my muscles quite dense and hard.

This cycle is on Generic Labz Epithin-E. I have a bottle of Havoc and was just by luck of me pulling the Epi bottle out of my gym bag first that I'm taking it.

The Mrs. had to have the wisdom teefs pulled so the boss let me stay home. I love sleeping in until 6
Just makes my day! Had my first dose of epi at 705am exactly. Since I wasn't going to my conditioning class today I decided to hit up the gym and work legs. I hate working legs by the way. Looked like this.
Workout 1
Front Squats
135 x 6, 135 x 10, 185 x 4
Leg Presses
270 x 10 x 3 sets
Calf Raises
180 x 20 x 4 sets
Note on the calf raises. It seems as I can never work them enough during the workout, but the next day when I get out of bed I fall on my face 
Leg Curls
90 x 15, 90 x 12, 90 x 10, 90 x 9
And to conclude the workout I ran on the treadmill for 15 mins at 6 incline and 6.5 mph.
on the drive home I felt somewhat disappointed in my leg workout. It's always been really hard for me to push myself with legs when I'm alone. Next time my legs will die...no if's, and's, or but's.
I dosed my second epi at 715pm. I had quite a bit of energy from just eating. I decided I'd work chest. I don't usually work two big muscle groups a day, but I figured I had to make up for the easy leg workout (which I was already feeling sore from).
Workout 2
Dumbell Flat Presses
75 x 15, 80 x 10, 85 x 10, 90 x 10
Decline Bench
135 x 20, 205 x 15, 225 x 10, 135 x 20
*Combo*
Dumbell presses on I think it's a medicine ball. The big inflatable ones. 30lbs dumbells x 20 reps followed immediately by 25 push ups on while balancing on the ball. I did 6 sets in 5 minutes. Went for as many sets as I could do in the given time period.
My chest was pumped and I felt the aggression while throwing the weights. 90lbs dumbells never felt so light. I believe the epi is starting to kick in and I can definately say I'm loving it! Went on to do 8 sets of 15 dips on the bars. Then I called it a night.
Side note. I've been feeling more "alive" and up beat. I can't tell if it's the epi or just the spring coming in, but I've been happier than usuall in the past two days!

Don't worry bro. We have all had bad leg days, but you really do want to hit them hard for the rest of your cycle. There are a lot of gains to be had lower body wise. Lifting heavy with your legs also naturally raises you test levels.
Do you always split your workouts during the day? I actually do that too sometimes.

I'm going to be running torem at 120mg for the first three days then 90 for the rest of the week. Then it'll be 60/30/30. I'll stay on CS throughout PCT aswell. I'll also start taking DTH and Retain 2. Post day 3 of the log in a little later, but for now off to stuff my face
Oh and stl123 I don't usually split my workouts like that it just depends on how I feel on that particular day really.

Had my first dose of epi at 703am exactly. I'm not sure if others felt this while on any epi products, but my stress level has plummeted. I use to feel as if the world was on my shoulders, and now I'm chillin like a villain.
Ran quite a few errands throughout the day so I didn't get to the gym until the evening. 700pm second dose of epi. Threw that down an hour before my workout. Missed my shoulder workout early this week so I decided to tackle that one today. I love how empty the gym is on Saturday nights!
Shoulders
Barbell Presses on Smith Machine
135 x10, 155 x 10, 175 x 8, 195 x 5
Clean & Presses
95 x 10 x 4 sets
Arnold Presses
40 x 10, 45 x 10, 50 x 8, 55 x 4
Lateral Cable Raises
30 x 10 x 4 sets
Dips 
5 sets of 15.
My recovery time is dropping between sets. Nothing major, but I do feel ready to hit the next set faster. Also I used to have a problem keeping focused in my later sets and this too seems to be fading. Got a slight case of back pumps today, but that was easily fixed once I had some water. My appetite is getting bigger too. I'm anxious to see how I'll feel once I up the dose to 30mg!

I am the same way brotha. Some times I am pressed for time and can't hammer out everything I want to. So I just head back to the gym and get it done after work.
I am actually doing that today. I was doing total body today and I did Legs,chest,and back. I am actually leaving here in about 15 minutes to get my arms and my shoulders.
I try to go total body about once a week. Usually on my day off of work.

Took first dose at 700am on the dot and the second twelve hours later. All day long I kept thinking about working out and had to force myself to take the day off. I'm still getting that "alive" feeling and I'm still quite happy

Mondays...what more can I say. I'm trying to come up with a new way to format my entries so that I can show exactly what I'm taking exactly when I take it. I had a great time at my conditioning class! My endurance is greatly improving! Sadly I got caught up in horrible traffic and had a date with the wife and her mom, so I wasn't able to hit the weights. Not that the conditioning class is something to sneeze at. Oh no.

My weight was 195lb when I started, and I do have some pics but I'm not sure how to post them up. I'm going to weigh my self again on Thursday as that will be exactly one week since I started.

There are a couple of ways that I did it. One way I did it was through Photobucket.com. You can set up an account, put your pics up there, and then post links to the pics here. It's all free. You can also upload them from your computer to your profile. Just click on the my pictures link under your avi and there is a link to upload pics.

I got my two workouts in today!
It was great had another awesome time at my conditioning class! Due to me being strapped for time though so I had to finish my back workout in an hour.

And I got it all done in abot 45 minutes. It felt great! Has anyone else's sex drive gotten ramped up on Epi? I mean mine was already pretty high as it is, but now I get to where my blood almost itches for it! It felt kind of like a BA or niacin flush of horniness

My libido is insane right now...I can't enough!!! My temper is only a little less than usual but nothing extreme. I'm noticing that my tendons ache somewhat, but that stops not too long after taking some cissus.

That was on top of my daily conditioning class. I tried to use the fly machine, but everytime I use it I notice my shoulders are crunchy to say the least. Last day at 20mg I'm excited!
