    alright since there arent that many logs out yet for the new Methyl Masterdrol i decided i should do my part and log it. i have 2 bottles of 135 caps and not quit sure on dosing right now but for now i feel this is how im going to go with it.

    my goals is to basicly gain LBM drop a some fat while getting alot more stronger.

    My split is 7 days with a mixture of westside barbell Principles and ideas mixed with the Charlie Francis training system (sprint coach)

    MONDAY- session 1 - Speed training 95-100%
    session 2 - Max Effort Squat/Deadlift

    TUESDAY- Session 1 -Tempo sprints <75% and lower over 1,000yrds
    session 2 Repetition Upper Body/DE Upper Body

    WEDNESDAY - off

    THURSDAY Session 1 - Speed and agility (95-100%)
    Session 2 - Dynamic Squat

    FRIDAY - Tempo <75% @ 1,000yrds +

    SATURDAY Session 1 - Speed (95-100%)

    Oh and today 2-27-08 is day 3 of 4 caps. seem kind of focused the other day doing my upper work out, anyways heres my work outs from monday and tuesday

    Monday Session 1 sprints at >95%
    10 sets of 10 yrds
    5 of 30 yrds
    full recovery for these sprints so one minute for every 10yrds so the 30yrds were 3 minutes rests. got a few 10's times at 1.93 and a few more at 2.2-2.3 range hopefully its from being deconditioned and not because im really this slow...

    agility ladder, 10 sets, 5 different patterns
    10x 10yrds timed the 1st one and 10th one and recorded 1.81 and 1.75 which is a Record from 1.93

    Not a Bad day at all! Feeling real focused, real enegetic (prolly the Yohimbie) but also feeling real strong. Vascularity is creeping out more than it usually does so that pretty cool to watch, especially when veins in my arms usually dont pop out when I sprint but now they do...odd but hey I'll take it.

    A few more things to add is im going to check body weight once a week (sundays) and im not going to take my bodyfat % till the end of week 6 and the day after post cycle therapy is complete

    also recap on Page Ranking's today... 35lb Page Ranking in the box jump, Dropping 0.18 from my 10yrd and 10lbs and 2 reps in the Reverse hyper

    Today training was so so. we had 8 people, thats right i said 8 people benching in my group today so needless to say it was a bit hard to stay focused when 7 people are shooting the sh*t. after the benching i felt great doing my other lifts. had good strength a few PRs and vasularity/pump was pretty serious. but i will tell you my bench shirt is the instrument of the devil!

    tomarrow is weigh in day, curious to see if anything is up or down. im guessing i will see little to no change in the scale and im gonna have to use the mirror to see changes

    ok so when i started i was bouncing around 216-217...interesting it cant be all LBM no way. but I also look/feel pretty damn dry.

    now im starting to wonder alot about this compound and my thoughts on going up to 5 caps then 6 for the remainder of the 5 weeks in this cycle..

    please if anyone has in input please feel free i'd really appreciate it

    p.s Max effort lower and sprints tomarrow.. should be awesome. im considering deadlifting tomarrow or a variation of it ... im pretty sure im in the mood to murder weights

    hey thanks alot Aggravated. I think im going to have to change my carb intake around alot because 2.5-3lbs in a week isnt really what i came into this cycle anticipating, hoping more for LBM while dropping useless fat weight.

    still any suggestions if I should stay at 4 caps next week instead of upping to 5?

    ok so bascially have the worst cold ever and yesterday i slept about 8 hours during the day then went to bed at 9pm...horid

    today felt better.. missed sprints though wasnt good to go til the afternoon

    im not completely satisfied but as far as the weight gain, being an athlete who plays a position that doesnt need me to be much bigger than I already am, all im looking for is steady strength increases and Recomp and that is what its giving me. although no experience with the following i will compare MMV2 with furaz/winztrol/Orastan except adds a little more strength. If your looking to bulk i would reccomend this with M-drol or Phera, i think it would be some nice gains. only opinion though

    This compound is not intended for mass bro. Its more of a cutter, recomp product. This product is VERY similar in action, for me anyways, to winstrol, furaz, stuff like that. Very dry, fatloss. I do notice a tad bit better strength gains on MMV2 then winstrol or furaz.

    even though not the strongest **** on the market would be good for a 1st time cycle or any athlete. especially if your a big skill or small skill position trying to add some strength, drop some fat and try to stay in the same range your weight is. also the sides are real weak on the back and some really obnoxious dreams, and your **** will become a weapon

    ps how are you squatting 5bills and benching under 3??

    haha dude i have no idea, my sqaut has always been strong and i have real narrow shoulders and long arms. go figure... what level are u playing on? Are you also taking Methyl 1-d? and how are u going to do PCT? and what liver guard are u taking?

    div 3... i've added Trenadrol at 30mg n going to go up to 60mg at some point, maybe in a week

    PCT isnt perfect but i cant get nolva/clomid. im going to use AX's advance PCT and dermabolics 7CORT to block cortisol.

    M1D with MMV2 doesnt seem very cost effective. adds up to like 80bucks online. depends what you want to do also ya know?

    im a tight end and also play d-3. we were 10-1 this year losing only in the playoffs second round. Yeah i dunno ive been considering that whole methyl 1-d, masterdrol stack with formadrol as a PCT.

    Its hard to say and we havnt tested for its half life yet. Just eveny spread ur doses thru the day or you can take a majority of them before your workout and ull be all set!
