Another strong one despite being down with a stomach bug of some sort.
Squats- 245x3x2, 280x3x2, 325x3x2
Deadlifts- 225x3, 295x3, 365x1, 415x1, 465x6x1
leg raises- 1x25
This workout should have been completed yesterday but I was so sick to my stomach I couldn't manage it, so I called it a day. Today I have had a slightly upset stomach but not even close to yesterday so I decided to go after it. Squats were easy. Deadlifts was pretty easy too even though I used 10lbs more than I had planned. I couldn't remember what I had used last so I just went with 465lbs. I seem to have a left hamstring that sort of wanted to pull on the first two singles but it was ok after that. next workout I am just going to work up to 475 for singles and that is where I'll stay the remainder of this cycle.

Strong workout. My back was a bit tight from the deadlifts last night, not sore really, just tight. So, I did all my benches with my feet in the air and my legs crossed. This really made all the reps intense. Regardless I handled them all really good. I think the feet crossed style tired me a bit more than regular style as I started to really feel my triceps wearing down toward the end of the Military Pressing. I skipped back work tonight because tomorrow is squat night and I'll just throw a few sets in maybe after I squat. When I came in and went to wash my hands I looked in the mirror and I looked like a mini Hawk from LOD with my traps pumped up!

Strength is really coming on with this cycle. Finally something that produces what it claims. I truly expect to break the 465lbs barrier on squats this cycle. That will be something I have not hit in nearly 10 years.

Calf Raise/Leg Curl/Leg Ext- 3x12
Strong. This was one of the better squat workouts I can remember having for a long time. The sets were smooth and powerful. I honestly felt as if I had the strength to have done this weight tonight for 6x6. Thats what I like. Finished with a little pumping work.

Had a great workout this evening and I needed it. It was a tough day for me all the way around though. I lost a very good friend and my next door neighbor this morning to cancer. He has fought this for over 10 years going through gobs and gobs of treatments. I will miss him very much but I know he is in a better place and no longer suffering in a hospital bed. On top of that my ball team lost in the first round and I cut my forehead open right before my workout on the pop off valve of my water heater of all things. So all things considered I went and did what I knew I had to do and was quite pleased

I hope people are taking note of the strength gains. I am alomost of the opinion that this stack is working better for me than Havoc did. This is truly a powerful stack. I am about finished with the T-Force bottle and will take a month off from it before beginning again. I will be continuing the DTHC, NOS Ether, and Testofen. The R4W is just too strong for me. It truly is too powerful for my system to handle. Chuck you have built some powerhouse supplements here. I have also found that 4 DTHC is the best dosage for me. 5-6 is just over the top. Its all I can do to keep from jacking off 3x per day on top of chasing the wife. Thats fun times for 32+years!

Absolutley brutal strong today. It was quite a surprise too as I had only ate one small meal and drank no water at all. My brother and I built a chicken coup today and I just got busy with that and it just never ran across my mind. I had to rush this workout too because I have to go to a wake in about 20 minutes and I needed to get done with it. The hardest part of the workout was the Snatch grip stiff leg deadlifts! I have some big time weakness right there. I'll probably skip heavy deadlifts next Saturday because I have went pretty heavy the last couple weeks and need a bit of rest. I hit what I wanted and that all I can ask for.

Crazy stack man, I had some of the best gains of my life on an Ether/TT/DTH cycle, and in the past few months he's made new versions of all three of those, so I can only imagine it will be better next time I run a Get Diesel stack.

Strong once again. This has been the most fun I have had training in a long time. I have to admit, I am probably doing the stack some injustice with my eating. I am just so sick of the thought of dieting or eating clean right now, so I say screw it and eat what I want and when I want. This Fall I think I'll run this stack again with a heavy eating plan and see what happens. I suspect the results would be incredible. I am definately a fan of DTHC, T-Force, Testofen, and Nos Ether.

I think its my traps and neck she doesn't like. Anyway thats the exact compliment I have been looking for from her! Everything was strong and smooth.

All I have to say is your products are damn solid and backed with a little Testofen and Fadogia it makes a wicked brew. I'm out of Fadogia and will break a month or so from it. Another great and very strong workout tonight.

No problem. This weight is in the 8-10 rep range for me right now for a set or two. Very pleased with how things are going. Hopefully this will pan out nicely when I get into the 440lb+ range.

Thats what I am talking about! Add 10lbs and gain one rep! I am seeing some nice strength gains here. Just what the doctor ordered. So, as of now I am only taking NOS Ether, DieselTest HC and Testofen. It appears that the T-Force I was taking was very possibly underdosed big time. So its effects may have been minimal here. Thats pretty sad too. Atleast with the DTHC you can see the pill is packin.
Bench Press- 45x3x15, 95x10, 135x10, 185x5, 225x3, 260x3, 275x2, 250x4,4,4,(14!)

Pulldowns and face pulls- a bunch of 12 reps sets with whatever odd weight was on the pulldown
250lbx14 reps...can't complain with that! Didn't think I would manage 6 reps by the way all the other sets felt. My wrists felt terrible and I just felt slow and tired on all sets, even the first 3 sets of the 250lbs. On my rep out set it was like a light switch flipped on and all the reps were just smoking up. I ended up getting 1 more rep with 10lbs more than I did last week. As good as it turned out I think I am starting to wind down just a tad bit. The next several weeks I'll be dropping alot of the volume on the assistance work and just getting rid of some of it to spare some recovery energy. This has been a great workout cycle to get me back in the groove of making progress.

I do think this is an alltime personal record on the deadlifts for me as far as reps over 500lbs. I decided I wanted to go after it so I manned up and took 3 R4W about 45 minutes before hand along with 3 DTHC, at about 20 minutes I took my Nos Ether and by the time I got to deadlifts I was tweaked just right. The R4W works really well for a lift like deadlifts because you have to get friggin out of you skull to get down with them. I'm definately a GetDiesel man now.

Outstanding! I guess this is probably an alltime personal record deadlift workout. I can't remember right now ever doing more reps over 500lbs than tonight. I wasn't going to pull at all tonight but I just wasn't satisfied with were I was last workout, so I decided to man up. I was really pleased with all the reps but the last single was a grinder. I pulled so hard that both my pecs were cramped afterwords. The next two weeks I am going to most likely just do some speed pulling with around 350-400lbs. I need to keep up with my Saturday routine it looks like, eat breakfast, drink no water, and stay outside working around the place until its time to lift. I want 550lbs this year on the conventional deadlift!

Strongest Military Presses I've done since back in early 2003. Actually they are stronger as these are true military presses with heels together and the form much stricter than before.

I think I messed up on my cycle percentages for week#8 on the light day. I need to pay more attention what I am looking at as I went way too heavy. It didn't hurt anything too much but the sets got pretty tough with only about 10 seconds in between. Military Presses were nice and strong as I hit 210lbs with fairly decent form. Everything else was what it was.

Great workout! I was only scheduled to do a set of 2 with the 415lbs but one of my personal goals for this year was to squat 415x5. When I got the two reps completed I was going to rack the weight but I just couldn't do it and banged out 3 more reps and could have maybe got a 6th or 7th but I didn't want to risk failure. 5 reps was nice and tough but not too much. I want to start getting some heavy weights on my back to practice setting up so I decided to do 3 singles on reverse band squats. None of the singles were really that taxing but setting up was a little difficult with the 475lbs. This will be good practice for me over the next month on my heavy squat days. Next week I am going to try for a 440+ Squat. If I can stay together in hole I'll be ok I think.

Really felt good on the bench press tonight although feeling really sore in my arms, delts and upper back. I was super pleased with all the sets. The 275, 290, 305 were all paused and felt great. On the rep out set with 265lbs I really pushed the reps out and surprised myself. I could have got 12 reps but a 13th would have been a failure and I elected to just stop at 11. Maybe 12 would have been a failure but I think I could have drove it out but it would have been a super grinder. Being a bit sore all over and just generally starting to feel the weights a bit I thought it just better to save the effort and not dig to deep in. Everything else was just easy work. I think I should be good for 320-330lbs for my competition unless I get wrecked by nerves hahaha!

198lbs. 300lbs at 165 would be excellent. I did 340 at around 175lbs when I was a young man. i got my training going really good right now so I may in time be by passing that. I would like to bench press 400lbs raw one of these days...and I'll take a touch n go on that too.

Well I'm a liar. I said I wasn't going to pull heavy for a week or two but man everything felt so good that I couldn't resist. I managed a 5lb PR. Now for the most pleasing moment but most disappointing moment, the 550lbs attempt. I thought I had it. I ripped it off the floor right up to above my knees and it was as if gravity said hold on a minute he is pulling this thing and reached up and put the stop to that nonsense. I pulled just a spilt second on it and realized it wasn't going any further and I didn't want to risk injury. It is nice to know sort of where I am though. I'll probably shoot for 540-550lbs on my 3rd attempt at the contest if I have the energy to go that far. Should be quite interesting. Until next time lift hard and heavy!

I got a late start tonight on this workout. I had to get some yard work finished or my grass was going to overtake me. So my warmup for this workout was 2 1/2 hours of yard work. Everything was feeling great tonight. I was really in the groove on my benches and blowing the weights off my chest really good. The Military Press work went really well also. I threw some rope chins in between the sets of presses and this really hit me hard. I suck royally at chins especially done on 2inch ropes. So other than the late start and the maskeeters eatin me alive evrything was top notch.

All I can say is the proof is in the pudding. Tonight I was jacked up on 3 R4W, 4 scoops of Nos Ether and 3 DTHC. Some of the best lifts I have made in 10 years or so. The GetDiesel Nos Ether, R4W and DTHC are the best products I have ever used bar none. My strength gains on this cycle bypass what I did last year on HAVOC by a long shot. Chuck you got some great products and don't let the pressure of some of these company ass sucks that don't even train but know every chemical under the sun pressure your into changing you line for a popularity contest.

I postponed Tuesday nights squat workout until tonight with my bench presses. There were 2 factors here that helped me decide on this. First, I was still sore from Saturdays Deadlift fest and was actually still a tad bit sore in my hams tonight so I wanted a little extra recovery. Secondly, I am under a month away and I am going to just really start practicing the 3 lifts together on each workout with the deadlifts done only once per week. I am going to focus on my form some and hopefully just stay healthy and decently strong between here and May 4th. So...
It feels great to finally go over 450lbs again on the squats. This is the last workout of one of the most productive cycles I have completed in years upon years. I sometimes wandered if I had dreamed it up in my head of squatting over 450lbs since it had been a long time since I had been that heavy. I then moved onto Bench Presses and worked up to 315x1 with a very slight pause, just enough to know that I can do it. It was a pretty tough lift as I was getting sort of tired. I then decided to try a touch n go and it was sure a touch n go! I bounced a 340lbs up barely! Dropped the weight and was going to rep out on 300lbs but ended up doing 302.5 because I was paying attention and put a 5lbs plate on the left side and a 2.5lb on the right. Stupid and I should have put it back in the rack but I slopped it out. I instantly dropped to 275lbs and barely managed 8 reps after all the above. I may have got 10 or so it I hadn't hit the 302.5lbs before hand, but maybe not.
Well I am going to rest until Sunday and do a medium week next week as I really think I need a deload. That will allow me to turn up the intensity the last two weeks if need be without burning out or getting injured.
So I have ended this cycle with a 455/315/525= 1295 total- Not great but much better than I have done in a long, long time.

Squats felt like a ton of bricks. After I hit the 405lbs and racked it I realized I was lucky to have made it back to the rack. Wasn't going to do much on the Military Presses as the plan was just to go up to 215x1. The 215 smoked up so fast that I had to see if I could tie my all time PR again. I did it pretty easy with only a real struggle at the lockout. it was nice to get back to this type of weight again. I tried to get it on video but I couldn't get my camera working as my 2 year old got ahold of it and broke the battery cover and I couldn't get it to come on even after taping the cover on with duct tape. I'll have to get a new one later this summer.

Let me say something right here and right now. I underestimated the power of DTHC. I have ran out and I can really feel the difference in my workouts. Whatever is in that stuff is the bomb for me and it has a synergy with the Nos Ether. The Ether is good by itself, but man stacked with the DTHC makes things intense. I am still taking the Testofen and I am nearly out, but the strength over drive simply is not the same without the the DTHC. I can feel the difference mentally and physically. I wish I had the extra cash to get another bottle before my competition but I don't so I guess I'll just double dose on the Ether and hope for the best. I have a few 2 more weeks before I compete and its going to be pretty boring from here on out as I will be just working on some speed and from mainly. I'll close this log out with my meet results. I had an awesome combo going on with these products. I now wander if my T-Force was underdosed and if it was what this cycle would have been like combined with the DTHC, Ether and testofen. It was basically mind blowing as it is as I have lifted weights that I haven't hit in years while bypassing some others. Of all the supplements I have used over the years the Get Diesel ones have been the best, just the way it is.

On the Squat and Bench Press I just worked up to my planned second attempts for both lifts. They felt good. I am going to do one more workout on the squats and benches like this and a heavy deadlift workout and then I am just going to work up to openers and let some aches and pains sort of heal up a bit over the next few weeks while working on my form and speed. Hopefully this will carry me to some semi decent number at the meet on May 4th.

GHR- x0- yes this is pathetic.
Stone laps/load- I think I lapped around a 200lb stone a few time and then put it on a platform. I also lapped and sort of got a stone around 240lbs up to my chest but didn't have enough balls to get it on the platform which was around neck height on me.
Good solid workout at Spartan Barbell Club with Jason Parman, Jake Anderson, and Scott Fogg. I wish I could train with these guys more often because it would make a huge, huge difference in my progress just due to the atmosphere and knowledge. I learned several things today the hard way, 1) I have extremely weak hams, glutes and lower back 2) I also have weak hips which I think shown through on the deadlifts with bands and moreso on the stones. 2 areas that I am going to correct at once. Otherwise Squats and Deadlifts went great. The GHR was definately humbling especially the way that Jason had me doing them. I couldn't even manage one single even with the assistance of a big jumpstretch band. If I had some hips, hams, glutes and lower back I might would be strong! Well this is the last heavy workout for the lower body until meet day so I hope I do well!
