  19. Day 23: Quads

    Feeling much better, energy was good but for the mos did slightly lighter weights than normal, but the intensity was great!
    In order to kick start my workouts with some energy, I will also begin running this log... starting tomorrow!

  21. Day 24: (Calves + abs)

    Had some crazy aggresion early in the workout def out of this world....anyhow the energy was rather good today (just began BLAST by Nimbus Nutrition), sweat rate was killer and my strength is def improving.....

  24. Day 25: Chest/ Biceps

    Strength was noticeably down(when tested), due to the flu that im just getting over.... Anyhow the pumps and aggression were all I needed! Vascularity has been improving, furthermore I'm just happy to be getting back into the swing of things!

  27. Day 26: Tri's/Back

    Deadlifts were INSANE as well as single handed db rowes... I decided to take today for an even more aggressive workout! My sweat rate was up and I megadosed BLAST for maximum energy boosting effects! I will be beginning a insane precomp cut log in around 3 or 4 days, so stay tuned....

  30. Day 28: Delts + Traps

    Ok so today I did something of interest... I forgot to take my morning dose (2 caps), so... i took 2 caps1.5 hours before working out and then 2 caps 30 min before working out.. Lets just say i was able to push through anything necessary to hit my reps for whatever weight needed! Sweat rate was off the hook, this stacked with BLAST and proper sleep has done wonders....

    Nice man, I've been loving 2 tabs pre-workout as well.

    Strength is coming back nicely and I simply had one of the most epic leg workouts.... this stuff combined with the BLAST has me setting Personal Records's for myself on most workouts (by sheer mind muscle connection), everything just comes together so well...im speechless!
