    All right!

    I've decided to log my progress with new supplements, mainly featuring Yellow Gold. While other 'new' supplements are included, I had been using like items from other companies in the past. Thus, Yellow Gold should be the featured item in this log.

    I capped the YG into 00 caps. I don't have an accurate way to measure the exact weight, but I am assuming from other posters information that I am getting approx. .65g per cap. I've started to take 1 cap Pre/Post/before Dinner. I am VERY open to suggestion on dosing the YG.

    Ultimate MassPump is being dosed 3-3-3 preworkout.

    Beta Alanine will be dosed at .5g (hopefully) every 2 hours.

    I will be posting my progress through exported .PDF files exported from OpenOffice Calc (similar to MS Excel, but free). For reasons:

    1) The engineer in me says I must use tables for information gathering

    and

    2) It looks a hell of a lot better

    I'll update with daily PDF's and keep a running total PDF!

  2. Check out my log for my experiences. My overall suggestions would be:
    Take it 20-30 mins before your meal not 15.
    Take 2 caps not 1, you're shortchanging yourself.
    You got 0.55-0.6g into the cap if you tamped it hard, so you're getting about 1.1-1.2g of YG / 2 caps.

    Good luck! I suggest using Fitday to make sure you get atleast 60-70g of real carbs (minus the fiber) per YG meal to get the most out of it.

  3. I'd also try and cut down on your sugars. You need to try and get some complex carbs and I notice there is a lot of sugar in your diet, namely from soda pop and the like. I'd try to look at the diet and browse through the nutrition section to see if you can touch things up a bit, it could be a bit cleaner and you'll see better results with your yellow gold.

  4. Yeah - I really need to cut that crap out... but since I'm still in college, the mornings are usually a rush to get out the door

    Also, I have followed Steveoph's advice and will be dosing 2 caps.

    I just wish I could sleep better so the mornings aren't a rush... any suggestions for this? My parents/brother always said "if go to sleep earlier, you'll wake earlier" but don't understand the fact that it is hard to go to sleep. I don't think I'm overdoing it on stims... I typically won't drink any caffeine (which is my only stim) past 6 to 7 pm. If I MUST do a late workout, I'll do some caffeine before then... so that somewhat screws me but late workouts are few and far between.

  7. Get some blood sugar readings with a glucometer for meals w/o Yellow Gold & then duplicate those meals and measure your blood sugar.

    That is your objective evidence of whether Yellow Gold is an effective glucose disposal agent.

  8. I stopped talking Yellow Gold after 3 weeks of continuous use @ up to 3grams per day. I was gaining weight like a MUTHA ->> BLOAT !! Not even binging, nor eating fatty foods nor snacks/candy, I simply upped my complex carbs a little bit - as I heard TREMENDOUS things about the YG - and the YG made me feel bloated, gave me stomach cramps and at times diarrhea .. [even with increased fiber intake]

    Maybe I'll try another run in 4-6 weeks when I'm in my low to zero carb stage of my diet..
